The worst experience I've had since shopping at that cvs. And I've been shopping there for about 5 years. I'm going to revisit because it's my neighborhood store. The service was attroshish. She made me wait while she did what she needed to do on her phone that was on loud speaker. And her supervisor was aware. I work in hospitality and there's no way anyone of my managers will allow us to have that behavior with guests. And this particular cashier is like this normally. Just my first time expressing it. I can go to the 24 hours in the early hours and the cashiers are always friendly. Not on there phones. Store is clean and manager that's been there for ever is ALWAYS pleasant. The staff is courteous but the store is in such bad shape, it's disgusting. Dusty shelves, stained and sticky floors... Corporate should do something about it.

Horrible, denied service, denied my purchase and denied my coupon from a participating partner saying ‘we don’t take coupons that are on your phone’ - felt extremely profiled and uncomfortable.
I need to be contacted by corporate, making a a big deal over a candy bar.

If I could select no stars I would !!! Worst Pharmacy EVER !!! They NEVER pick up the phone, it ALWAYS transfers to voicemail ! When you go to the store, the staff is rude and act like you bother them ! You chose this profession to help people ! If you don’t like your job, then stay home or change your career ! I requested my prescriptions to be transferred to another Pharmacy, I was told the other Pharmacy has to call CVS ! How if they don’t pick up the phone ??? Very unprofessional!!!

I came to pick up my. Medicine, outside 6 cars waiting for service so I came inside , you have a line of 12 people and only 1 person behind the counter ! HORRIBLE SERVICE !

The store manager and the stockman were both very nice, accommodating and very professional. I rushed down to Hollywood, from South Georgia to be by husband's side for emergency surgery. I failed to pack some of my makeup. Since my foundation is sold only in department stores, I relied on the store manager to help me which she did. Above and beyond attitude. Shout out to the nice young man who was stocking the shelves. He also was very accommodating. Thank you , Darcy Butkus. (Inspector Bark).

This review is specifically for the pharmacy, I gave two stars only because my prescription was ready on time. Customer service was horrible I wouldn't send my enemy to this place. I will be transferring my prescription to another pharmacy. CVS Will only be used until I check with my insurance if I can use another pharmacy. On the phone they are rude and in person they are rude too. The technician that was at the drive up window on 5/30/24 between 2:17p to 2:23p was horrible. That's how long my interaction was 6 minutes but I will go gladly spend a longer wait time somewhere else.

Prescription wasn’t ready and when I asked why if they had it in their system since Friday, the lady answered what does it matter? I don’t understand why they’re so rude. I am a devoted CVS customer but this customer service is unacceptable. Also, the store seems very empty. Hardly any products

I want to put a shout out to Angela in the pharmacy, being handicapped and just lost my husband of 19 years I was so used to him dealing with mostly everything I have had to move several times due to spouses job, I called in today for my refills, and I have ALOT of meds,she is a angel so patient she deserves a raise, she made me feel important, her patience is undescribeable she is a #10 God bless you Angela you made my week..Sonya
