.act another CVS to see if they have it she said they don’t do that. I informed her I have been to many CVS that has provided that service, she indicated they don’t. As I proceeded to walk away I notice Alyssa (she said she was the manager) was standing right there, I want to let her know about my experience with the young lady, but the manager began to defend the associates behavior where she was rude and providing wrong information.As I was leaving I asked to speak with the store manager. As I was explaining my experience at the pharmacy to him, another gentlemen overheard my conversation and indicated he went through the same thing a few days ago.I am sick and had to deal with issues in a pharmacy. Very upsetting and disappointing, but after reading so many bad reviews it’s clear this location will not make any changes!

I was surprised by the attentiveness and the service, I was trying to print some coupons from the CVS yellow machine and it wasn't working properly but the manager on duty helped me and assisted me when I was ready to check out. The store looked impecable, all the items on the cosmetic department were organized and I was able to find all the products I was looking to purchase.The music volume was low and there was staff available to help me out.

This place is absolutely terrible. From service to management. Especially in the Pharmacy Department. I recommend for anyone to RUN AWAY from this store and to not come here if you value your life. The people that work here are incompetent and unprofessional. I would never do business with this place ever again nor CVS in general.

A mess. Dont go to get anything printed. They will sell you wrinkled documents printed on photo paper. They will make you go online to do prints bc they dont work in store. They will not communicate about bogo and will charge you full price without saying anything. Saw an employee texting and walking down the isles.

RACIST I’m Latina and I speak English, I went to the area of the pharmacy and asked an employee in English, a woman of approximately 45 years for a medicine, she told me without looking at me…..I don't speak Spanish, I told her in English I’m asking you in English…you don't speak English? he told me NO, then he turned his back on me and left. Horrible service . I dropped two prescriptions off and hand my ( Fl Blue) insurance card ti the actual pharmacist. She hands it back and tells me that they won’t need it until I come back to pick up my medicine. The following day I go to pick up my prescriptions and I’m told that they don’t accept my insurance . So I guess the Pharmacist who is a Dr. doesn’t know what insurances they do or don’t accept. I didn’t even get a phone call about this.

Worst service ever. Place an online order and they substituted for a smaller amount and made me wait over 30 minutes to fix the issue. Alexandra was at the check put desk and she had no care in the world to make me wait. I had 2 extra items I wanted to purchase and she asked me to go to the cash register to pay. Had to wait again inline to checkout.

This pharmacy is the WORSE pharmacy I have ever experienced. I’m consistently told my medication is on back order with no idea of when it’s going to be in. I spoke with another CVS representative who informed me it was actually never ordered it’s just sitting on hold. I have dealt with the pharmacy manager directly and the amount of misleading and incorrect information she has provided exhibits a level of incompetence that actually scares me. Her and the pharmacy techs have been telling me for months my medication is on back order, She finally tells me it’s in stock, I have my doctor send the script to the store only for her to tell me it’s on backorder and she doesn’t have it in and because of the type of medication I have to call around to all the other CVS myself. The experience I have had with these group of people has turned me off from dealing with all CVS. I hate that this is my jobs preferred pharmacy so I’m stuck until I get new insurance.
