Bad attention..!!!! The staff is rude, they treat customers badly…. They scream for no reason
The staff does not know the regulations to proceed, they give different information for the same procedure. Every person who works there has wrong information.

No one is in a hurry, everyone works slowly, I’ve already been here twice by appointment, in principle there were no problems, at first there were some nuances with the documents, but then they sorted it out 👍

Bad all wrong. About to pass the office door at 12.30 pm they decide not to attend anymore. And getting up early from 3 was worthless. And very rude also
