I will never shop there again..it wasnt my first visit there lastnight n immediately upon entering the store the black
cashier started profiling me ..so instead of spending my hard earned money there I kindly walked out ..people should b careful who they offend cause we are not all alike.

I felt compelled to write this review because an employee named "Nicki" made my shopping experience unpleasant. She followed me and watched me as if I was shoplifting. Occasionally, Dollar general has penny deals and I was looking to scan some of the clearance items. I'm a black woman first, but also an upstanding citizen that has never participated in any criminal activity in my life.
I was racially profiled and by a black employee ‼️ if I were A WHITE WOMAN, I wouldn't have gotten a second look.
The employees back was turned, but she has braids. And I won't be back to this location.

Store hours sign says open daily 8am. Here since 8:30am doors locked. Website says store is open. Customers waiting outside.

This place is bad ,bad this morning music was like you are in Disco Party , employees you ask something regard the special and they don’t know , and you keep ask where I can found a product he respond her cell phone start speaking in Spanish and ignore me and other customer , if customer don’t go to you store you guys don’t have a job , if this not the job for you get something you like but don’t be rude and unprofessional . Is very simple

a bad store they never have anything the lines are a disaster the company has coupons but they don't accept them what a disappointment only two girls greet you when you arrive and help you they don't know how to run a store as it should be I had to go to another store that does serve me Well, just because they are not interested in working, I hope and they answer me. They need to fix this for the good of their clients.

I just denied entry into a this dollar general by the cashier because I cannot bring in my own cart that I purchased and go into any other store with my children. This is not from another grocery or retailer establishment. Train your employees on customer service and management if this comes from you it’s shameful.

Don't even deserve one star! The absolute WORST dollar general location! Can't bring your carts outside, nothing! I spend well over $100, sometimes $200 at this dirty location. Today, their receipt printer ran out of paper. Since not being able to bring arts out my boyfriend loaded up the truck way out in the middle of their pouring parking lot. The manager who sees me at least once a week if not more told me they were unable to reprint a receipt. What? Now after I spent nearly $100 I cannot return any of my purchases because I refused to go out in the pouring rain empty my truck of all my bags that I paid for and bring them back in to be re-ring. It is stupid and pathetic that your systems cannot re-print the past receipt. This was a mistake on your part and as a customer I have to suffer. Well you lost a customer actually more than one! Your mistake that a customer has to pay for! Shame on your sorry location !

It was a quick in and out process even though there was an older gentleman who was clearly had covid phobia, he had a plastic covering his debit card so he wouldn't touch the machine and the same bag he was using to use the pen, OMG and of course I had to patiently wait for him to go through this process a few times before his card would read because he refuse to make his hand or fingers come in contact with the machine. ? The cashier was very patient also, bless when he left we both looked at each like, yeah that! ??

One of that bigger DGs that I've been to. I was pleasantly surprised; Being right next to Flippers aka teen hangout, especially on a Saturday, I would have assumed that the employees would have in an irritable mood. THEY WERE ALL IN GOOD SPIRITS. Also the store is EXTREMELY STOCKED & CLEAN. Again, right next to a teen hangout you might think it would be trashed. Nope, It's very upkept and very pleasant shopping experience. I highly recommend this location.

Why don't you load prepaid cards that you sell??? The cashier said y'all haven't load cards in over a year why????.... So inconvenient!Stop selling prepaid cards if this location stop loading them.
