Sent my bestfriend some birthday flowers. Everything was so easy and organized. I had put the wrong address and the delivery guy called and confirmed with me and went to the correct location. Perfection.☺️

Denise at the Hollywood location went ABOVE AND BEYOND to meet my needs! I callled her at 1:30 PM frantic bc I needed a delivery before 5 pm and she did it on the spot and had it delivered before 3 pm. I haven’t had a customer service experience like this in a while. She deserves a raise!

Ordered a chocolate tray same day last minute and Edible Arrangements Hollywood did an amazing job. They were ontime, pickup was easy and they gave me a sample too! The Office was so excited they took photos of the dessert tray and posted them on Insta. A+ for service and quality...Thank you.

Called in the morning short notice, spoke to Brandy. She was super helpful in helping me picking the perfect option, extremely patient and willing to help!
And when I went to pick up I was assisted by Denise and she helped me put the final touches on my gift couldn’t have asked for a better experience! A++ ladies!!!!!!

The arrangement was fine. The delivery is the reason for the 1 star review. The delivery driver was blocking my driveway when I pulled up to my house and sitting in the car on his phone. So distracted that he didn't even see me pull up. I had to get out of my car to ask him to move. After handing me the arrangement , he got back in his car and dumped a bag of trash right in front of my house. (See picture attached) DISGUSTING! Your delivery drivers need to be mindful that they are on other people's property.
