I just want to say the experience that I’ve had so far at extra space storage on Dixie Highway has been amazing. Oscar, the extra space storage rep is amazing! He helped me with everything and made it painless as possible. As a veteran of the USAF, I only deal with business where customer service is top notch and at Extra Space Storage… that’s all I’ve gotten, dealing with Oscar. Go ask for him so he can get u set up today. Why are u waiting! Go!!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at Extra Space Storage thanks to Christina, the store manager. She helped over the phone and then when I went in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. Not only did she guide us through everything we needed, but she also went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely caring—Christina is truly a gem. Her dedication and excellent customer service deserve to be recognized.
