Sentry Self Storage is an awesome company. I was greeted by Noel. She was very personable and very professional. She processed my obtaining a storage unit. All of the staff are very friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend Sentry Self Storage to anyone.

Whoever this Gregory person is has proven to be extremely rude, dishonest, and unprofessional. I called to make a payment on my bill, and instead of assisting me, he immediately stated that because I was behind, he would not accept my payment and that my items would be auctioned off. Then he told me to call back Monday a whole 3 days later. It was a horrible experience and completely unnecessary. I know this isn’t company policy because Noelle has helped me before when I was even later than this, and she was pleasant, understanding, and professional. I can’t wait to get my things out of there, never expected to be terrorized by the manager.

I went in about 10 minutes before office closing to finalize an online reserved unit. The gentlemen was very pleasant even though I made him stay past his clock out time.
Update: 6/21/25 The first 3 months were on a 1/2 price special. The 5th month is coming up and they raised the regular rent by $20. I initially chose this place from the other convenient locations because they were less expensive at the regular price for similar size units.
Update: I like the fact the boy srea is under cover. Also, they're keeping the carts outside instead of in the office, even after hours.

I chose Sentry Storage after visiting several storage facilities. After meeting Ms. Noel I know I made the best decision. From location, price, and safety coupled with Ms. Noel's phenomenal customer service i feel confident in my decision!
