Don't waste your time, go to an actual FedEx location: Telling the attendant (who later vanished) that I need my items packed, and have me enter all the information. Second person finally shows up and says I have to go to an actually FedEx location, they don't have boxes.... wish I could give a 0 and get the half hour back I lost.

I have made numerous attempts to speak with a live representative and all I get is an automated system that keeps hanging up on me you are coating me time and money behind these delays with something so simple as to just adding a apt1 on the package I watched the driver stopped right in front of my apartment and never got out of the truck to check they drove out and a few minutes later the dispatcher called me stating that the driver couldn't find my apartment and now my package is being delayed

Please don’t waste your time. This store should be shutdown. There is no one around. The managers don’t even know how to use the machines. A HUGE waste of your time.

Customer service has gone down the drain.The guys at officemax were laughing at me because I thought they were open on Saturday.They saw me stand by the counter for a few minutes waiting for help, no one said that there is no help.

My friend had to ship an item back to the online store and the shipping clerk made it as easy as it could ever be. We were in & out in a matter of minutes.
