I writing this now from my house because I had a really BAD EXPERIENCE HERE AT FEDEX I was trying to pay my documents here because I had an emergency and I didn’t have my wallet and my phone was dead to pay with Apple Pay and they told me the cashier is close we only accept card payments, :(

This store was quick and the staff there are amazing. In all honesty I had Keenan and this dude was taking multiple customers at once and was very caring and respectful. This dude was calm and understanding of everyone that was coming in. He just did a great job all together, props to him and the rest of the staff.

I couldn’t find the zero stars option.
Staff is careless and not trained properly. I was charged but never received the service. After 20 minutes trying to print some basic letter size copies, I had to go somewhere else to get it done. Not even the manager knew how to do it.
I hope the person who represents this location takes customer service as a priority.
This happened more than once at this location.

I came to this location to ship a package back. Zachary was my salesman, he advised me that the shipping label is showed him wasn't the right one. He was very patient with me as I found the right shipping label and even gave me the info to email it and be printed out. Zachary also prepared my box by securing it well and also went above and beyond to get me the customer service number to call and make an appointment for my shipment to be picked up from my home. Thanks for your patience and help today.

I shipped a 2-day package with FedEx, and it took almost a week to arrive. I called to complain and asked if they would cover the cost since I paid nearly $300 for expedited shipping. I spent weeks calling, getting the runaround, and now, after almost two months, they told me they can't do anything. I would not recommend FedEx to anyone there are plenty of other companies that do a better job.

This place is terrible. Don't ship at this location. Very rude employees with attitudes, slow to help, extremely lazy, unattentive and get bothered when you ask them questions, can't even ask question without receiving rudeness and bad temperament. They need to fire the majority of the staff and bring new people and train, it's very unpleasant to come to this location. We all have stress we don't need more of it when we're paying for a service, taking my money elsewhere this place doesn't care about how they treat their customers, employees can do whatever they want and talk to the public with no filter. This place sucks, nothing how it was a few years ago.
