Two weeks ago i had very bad experience with with the maneger Diana. First of all one of the technician did completely unprofessional job on my car. Then they tried to convince me that my car was on completely wrong level. After that manager Diana start screaming at me without any reason and asked me to leave the Firestone Shop and refuse provide me service for witch i paid for . She even stepped outside after that and invite two Sheriffs to escort me out of the building! What a great service! Worst experience ever!!!!!!

The worst place ever - should be zero stars. I had a 4p oil change scheduled, I get there it’s “that wasn’t confirmed” I say ok when? They have 3 people scanning the computer and can’t anything. It was the blind leading the blind. The service manager was lost and confused. Everyone looked low IQ. Steer clear for your and your cars safety. I left and wouldn’t let them wash my windows.

Long-time customer over 30 years. New manager Sean and crew are rude and unhappy people. They will take it out on you, unfortunately.

Customer service excellence award by my standards!!
I went for an oil change, chose this place precisely because of the reviews and its location; thought that while the car received service we could go on a walk by Young's Circle. But........Something happened and while walking I received a call something had gone wrong with the car prior to the oil change (I will omit the details because it's not important). In conversation with Brian, excellent, and I mean what a great guy, said they would fix the problem. And though it was a hassle, and a headache, the problem was fixed. And the kicker is that he didn't really have to say anything, I wouldn't have noticed, at least not right there and then, maybe eventually, it was too minor to be noticed right away.
The point is He and the company he represents were honest, and I appreciate that. Both him and Sean, and everyone else was very cordial, professional, and on point when it came to timing.
I will, without hesitation return to Firestone!

I came as a walk-in first and foremost. I was greeted by a Mrs. Diana with thee best customer service that I have received in a long time. I really appreciate her knowledge of cars which she broke down and shared with me because I know nothing about cars.Diana was patient and attentive to the other customers as well.I was able to leave with an understanding of what I could expect and come back to pick up my vehicle at a reasonable time and great rate. Thank you again Diana and the great staff at Firestone on 106 n Dixie highway (Hollywood).

Great service, fast and professional, a super nice gentleman did the oil change to my car and replaced 2 tires efficiently, thank you for that gorgeous help!!! God bless you!! Diana thank you for being so sweet!! My friend is going soon to fix her car I highly recommended you guys !!! 🙏🏻

The team that helped me on 1/17/2025 with all new tires was really great. They were personable and informative and gave me a great deal. My old tires were worn and unsafe. Jacob was my service advisor. Thanks guys!

What a bunch of scammers.
I have been bringing my cars to this place for almost 20y, and they were always trying to upsell but I never suspected them for fraud. Until now!
Brought in a car for a 5k oil change and visual inspection. They called me to tell me that I need brake fluid change because it is dirty and looks like it was never changed.
Except 10k miles ago I had them do full brake work...
Then they showed me my cabin air filter that was dirty and needs replacement. Except it wasn't my filter. I am installing HEPA carbon activated filters and mine was bright yellow on one side... and they charge $25 labour for 2min job. Is their hourly rate $750?
Now I am wondering if the synthetic oil I am paying for is synthetic and if they even do full oil change or just enough to refresh the color...
Avoid this place!
