Customer service is horrible! I had an exchange for a smaller size on a shoe I picked up at this location. The girl clearly rolled her eyes when I mentioned an exchange as if she didn’t want to do it. Then tried to tell me it couldn’t be exchanged at this location when it was picked up here originally. Once she called the manager it was easy.

I always have an amazing experience here. The young gentleman I believe is the manager was patient and kind. He helped me with my complicated order and handled it like a professional. Thanks to these employees I am a happy camper. Thank you again

I went to eat lunch at Dania Point and had a pair of shoes to return that my husband didn’t like very much. There was a footlocker in the area and I decided to go and rerun the shoes. It was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful. The may have a large selection and this is a pretty big footlocker compared to most I’ve been to. The only problem I had was I wanted to get some shoes for my boys and the sizes I needed were not available in stores or to order online. Outside of that I’d definitely recommend you check out that location.

Customer service for this location is horrible
This is the second time that I had picked this location to pick up some shoes and I have called and talked to somebody to please hold them for me. They said yes don’t worry about it. I will be here ask for me. (Anthony) and I will definitely take care of you.
I showed up at the time that I said I was coming in only to get laugh at and to tell me, I forgot about you so I do not have your shoes
No apology just let me see what I could do. The fact that they laughed at my face like it was funny is a sign of disrespect. I will tell all my friends not to go to this location and definitely not pick up anything ever again from here.

Needed new cross trainer sneakers no one in the store even knew what cross training was. They offered me running shoes. No one is trained to offer guidance. Basically I was advised foot locker does not offer sneakers for cross or hit training.
