I walk in the store wearing a mask girl asks can I help you? I'm least 10ft away from her Io ask her a question she stay away, I turned and headed for the door she then starts saying don't go. I look at her and told her if she's that scared she should stay home and walked out. I'm getting ready to spend close to 100 dollars, wasn't even within 10 ft of her and she says stay away? Sorry I'll spend my hard earned money someplace else!

The guy was nice and offered help but left me to my shopping. I appreciate that and dislike when sales people overly help. The guy was nice and helpful when I needed it. One item I needed was not there but service and the store were good

I came in to exchange the flavor to a protein powder and I was told only the manager could do it as an exemption basis because the purchase is over 30 days.

I came in to exchange the flavor to a protein powder and I was told only the manager could do it as an exemption basis because the purchase is over 30 days. I was not returning or getting money back, I was asking for a flavor exchange to an item I never opened and still have the factory seal. The company isn’t losing money at all. I won’t be coming to this store again. As a matter of fact, I would instead buy another vendor. This kind of greed is exactly what makes lose customers not come back. The associate who helped me was genuine and helpful but is clearly not empowered by management.
