During few visits of service, I encountered with Rowan Robinson, Store Manager, went through great trouble to diagnose and personally getting involved in the repair. Provided exceptional customer service above and beyond to assure I was satisfied.

Don't go to these guys! They tried to rip me off, telling me I needed $3,000 dollars worth of work and it was just a simple fix with one part that only cost $400 installed. Stay away! You've been warned!

Failure to honor tire's insurance On April 8, 2023, I had an incredibly disappointing experience at a tire store that I had been a loyal customer of for over 11 years. The right front tire had a large nail in the middle, which I promptly replaced with a spare tire and positioned it at the back of my car. I was confident that my insurance would cover the cost of replacing the damaged tire. Upon reaching the store, I approached the person at the front desk, who shockingly informed me that my insurance had expired. This revelation caught me off guard, but I assumed I must have made a mistake. Together, we inspected the tires, and he showed me a tool indicating that they were not yet worn out. Despite this, I decided to proceed with the tire replacement as a preventive measure since they were nearing their limit. To my surprise, the store documented that my tires were already worn out, even though they could have been used without a risk. Due to the insurance expiration claim, I ended up paying for both tires out of my pocket. I requested the two tires that were supposed to be replaced, but the employees refused to hand them over. Exhausted from a long day at work, I did not push the issue further. I had always placed my trust in this tire store in the past, as they had consistently provided quality service and honored my insurance claims without any issues. Later at home I reviewed the paperwork founding out that my tires' insurance was Not expired. I returned to the store a couple of days later, after the heavy rain and storm, to discuss the situation with the manager. Armed with my insurance information, which clearly stated coverage for at least one tire. Unfortunately, the manager informed me that the tires were no longer available and insisted on following what was documented in the papers, which he conveniently failed to show me. Overall, this experience left me profoundly disappointed and betrayed. They lost a client. I wrote the review in their website which they didn't show, so they just leave the ones are convenience for the store.

Wanted 160 plus tax just for a diagnostic guy was very rude and arrogant attitude 26 dollars plus tax for a plug i left them and didnt give them any of my money took my car else not reasonable at all!!!!!

My name is Alcibiades Sanchez. I am a US military member. And also I paid around 300 dollars to have coverage services with my two cars in Goodyear. I came today at 5:30 pm at 2825 Hollywood Blvd, Hollywood, FL 33020 (close store time at 6:30 pm) requesting a coverage services for my car. The manager BOB NEGRET. Before to said anything start telling that he will not take my car because is to late. I understand todays world is busy. But a least he should ask before to me what’s my request. And I told Mr. NEGRET that I am paid already a service every year to Goodyear but he did not care about that. I am been doing a service with Goodyear for the las 6 years always. And I thought I was doing right. The coverage service that I paid I can do it with ANY Goodyear store but he said I Should come back where I did my last service. That’s funny because I bough and changed my full tires on his store. UNETHICAL SALES AND PRACTICES AND BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. Had a flat Goodyear tire. Took it into the closest Goodyear store in Hollywood They took me in quickly and patched the tire. Next day the tire was flat again, took it back and they found there was a second pin hole puncture on side which could not be repaired. The manager , Roland ordered a new tire, price matched the price I previously paid and credited the previous day repair cost. Couldn't be happier with the friendly customer service and quick repair time!!!

As always we do our services at Hollywood location because we get the best service. I work next door, drop m vehicle & they are always fast, reliable, vey kind & even help me when I simply need air on my tires! Goodyear was my third stop when trying to get a flat repaired (forgot they were there) and failing miserably with those two businesses. The manager Rowan was very helpful and friendly, the technicians immediately tended to my car, and I was able to get back underway.Next time I have an issue I will go directly to Goodyear so I can get my issue fixed at the first attempt.
