Got an affordable quote for 4 tire installation. The shop was nice and the rep I was spoke with was kind. Had my tires installed in about an hour. I would definitely recommend and will probably check them out for other services.

First visit and experience was nice. Julio was very kind and personable. Price for oil change I need was better than most places I've been and I was informed about an issue I knew my car had. I appreciate that because he had no knowledge of me knowing about this issue, but making me aware of it was very proactive. Would recommend.

I been there with my tundra becouse i had a vibration issue due a tires balance. They balanced all the tires and it cost me 125 usd, they asked me to pay in cash and no invoice there. The vibration continues in the car, so i go back with julio to check if everything is ok, they swap the tires front to rear and vice, and the car continues with vibration. I thought one wheel was bad and require repair becouse after two times there, the vibration continues. Then i went to "wheel fix it" (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED) to repair the bend wheel and the owner jose told me that the problem is just bad balanced tires. 3 of the 4 tires was super lost in the procedure. So after that, the car is perfect. I called julio a told him about that becouse i literally loosed 120 usd, and he told me i have a credit becouse of that, before one week after that, i been there with a friend car to replace all the tires and the credit he applied was just 25 usd.... so sad...And yes, today i been there and julio told me you guys dont do that work (patch in a critical area). I understand... what i dont understand is why he charge me 17 usd just for said that can not do the work without remove the tire from the wheel.Well, one client less for you guys. Julio, thanks for your attention.

After over 12 years of service on my cars, service never waivers.. very professional, very honest, very fair, and you're treated like family. I know when I turn in my keys, I can trust that they always do the right thing for me unlike the other vultures in the auto industry. Thank you Scott and Roger. You guys more than rock!!!

I was in a panic because my car battery had died and couldn’t find anywhere that would change it out for me. I called GoodYear and Billy answered. He was extremely friendly and made me feel that this place was going to take care of me. Upon my arrival, Billy and another gentleman got me in right away and were both so helpful and polite. They called me throughout the entire process to keep me updated on my car and i greatly appreciated it. This place was great! I can not say enough good things about the team of employees here and the work they do. Thank you!

Once again I am back, because I did end up taking my car to another mechanic to get a second opinion. First I want to address the initial message left after my review. They left the message that if I drive off and the next day they find something else, that is normal and indicative of an old car. To preface, I have a 2002 Celica GTS. six-speed manual. This is an old car, yes, but it is also a classic car that has been taken care of and driven very carefully. It's 20+ years old and has just over 205K miles and is never driven hard anymore. I have had a dedicated mechanic on her for many years and they have done an impeccable job of maintaining the car. This is all fine as it is an old car, so I understand that issues can arise. When I drove off, my lights weren't working still, my engine immediately heated up and a weird smell that wasn't even an issue before happened. Do you not check your cars after "fixing them" to ensure that everything is okay? The car should have been properly checked after fixing to make sure nothing was missed instead of doing a rush job and missing more things. You said: "The radiator leakage we diagnosed upon the second visit would have been a very present issue if it had occurred at the time of the first diagnosis." But it wasn't the second visit. It was a continuation of the first. Is there no test for you to make sure you caught everything? This wasted hours of my day. Normally, I would not chase this issue down as I am the one who went in and trusted this mechanic and spent the $975 getting my oil changed, liquids checked and topped off, tire pressure check etc. general car maintenance checks, light bulbs replaced, battery replaced, and temperature sensor replaced. I felt this was quite expensive and unusual, but as I am new to the area, I did not know if that was normal and I didn't want to risk driving my car further to get a second opinion. The people at the mechanics were very nice and explained what they needed to do in order to diagnose my car and why the price was so high. I listened and it didn't sound out of the ordinary, just expensive so I agreed. Now I am at a second mechanic who has just finished diagnosing my car. They have gone through a series of tests and diagnostics and come to the conclusion that the liquids hadn't been topped off or checked, it almost looks like my car had not been touched at all. What did I pay for? My new diagnosis and repair at a significantly lower price has my car running like normal, even after 5 minutes of driving it away. So although you were all very kind and explanatory of the things that needed to be done to my car, which I was understanding to. My car is old after all. I think that it is quite careless to have done repairs and not even driven the car or run it for a little while to check that it was okay. So I stand by my original middling review. They are a fine mechanic for easy repairs, oil changes and etc. But definitely double check your car before leaving. I will not be coming back here.

Amazing service! I Came back from a five day trip and found that my car would not start so I called AAA and they said the battery AND the alternator were both dead. I am so glad I did not believe them! I took the car to Scott and it turned out the alternator was just fine. If you are looking for honest answers and reliable service, this is the place. Thanks Scott and team!

I needed my tire fixed on my truck. I took it to Good Year, and was greeted by Scott. Scott is very personable and very hospitable. It took a very short time to get my truck tire repaired. I was very impressed. I will be returning for all my future repairs. Thank You, ScottAnd thank you Good Year for great customer service!!!

They have excellent customer service. If you call them on the phone, they're good and when you go in they are good. Julio is very pleasant to speak with and they fixed my issue so they are super.

The employee in the front was rude and lied to me about services that I paid for. He told me they were done when they were not done went in for an oil change and tire rotation, and did not receive any work on my vehicle when I confronted him, he got aggressive. They were not trustworthy and I would not go back there. Do not trust them to fix your car.

Guy at the front desk is very rude. He spoke to me (a woman) in a very degrading way, laughed at me for asking for a quote. When i asked for a diagnostic, he said "there's nothing wrong with your car if the engine light isn't on". That is false, because sometimes my car doesn't turn on. He didn't even ask what kind of car i had. Thank you for wasting my time.
