I requested a trim with layers and my bangs cut. Rob did a great job and was very knowledgeable about my hair type as well as what I had previously done to it. I normally cut my own hair but will be going back for sure!

I just had the worst haircut of my life. It's the 2nd time with the same hairstylist at this great clips location and this time was worse than the last which was really no great shakes. I'm not even going to get into the details of how bad this haircut was, but I had to go back and have another stylist fix what she could, but it's still not right. Suffice to say that I will not be going back and I would advise anyone who cares about how they look to stay away from Great Clips. They are far from Great!
Update:
I received a response as you may notice and when I looked at other reviews I saw the exact same wording so it seems that this is a standard canned response from them. I followed the instructions to send an email to customer care and now, 3 days later I have yet to hear anything back from them. This goes to show that incredibly bad service is endemic throughout this company and further reinforces my initial feeling to never again step foot inside another Great Clips location. Do yourselves a favor and take your business elsewhere.
