Arrived at my reservation time and waited 30 minutes for help. Only one attendant on site. Only to learn that the car i reserved was not on the lot. Any replacement still needed to be washed. Went across the street and got a great car from Enterprise in 10 minutes. Skip Hertz at all cost.Gold member.

Do not bother renting here. Had an online reservation for a tesla. Showed up to pick it up, there where 5 teslas on the lot and they would not want to give me any of them. Did not offer any solutions either.

Do not rent from this location. The staff are rude and unprofessional, especially the manager Tiffany. They did not have the car we reserved and didn’t care that they gave it to someone else. We waited a half hour just to speak to someone since their whole operation was unorganized. They don’t understand the concept of customer service. Period.

The worst…rented an electric car and they had left it at 28% and we wasted our vacations time looking for a charging station. Found one and the some of the stations were unavailable. Back on the road to find another station. They should of had it ready at 90%. Not happy.

Hertz is the worse place to rent. I paid for in advance and got to airport to pick up and was charged 528. Airport fee and when returning with full tank of gas and not a lot of mileage they charged me another $60. U can’t talk to anyone about it. Phone is automated. No customer service

Came here to rent a car after car needed service. Pleasantly surprised they had a great selection of vehicles and the customer service was amazing. Tiffany was great very helpful very professional highly recommend this place to rent a car if you’re in the area.

It’s was okay! Had no problem returning or picking up the car it was pretty fast everything. They didn’t have cars where to choose from but it’s was ok I really needed at that moment. I feel customer service could be better.

The service is a disaster. Bad attention. They gave us a car that smelled like weed. We wanted to change it and they didn't give us an answer. It's a pity, they used to be a good rental car, but they have been losing many customers due to their poor service.

Had a wonderful experience renting from this Pembroke Rd., Hollywood location in early May 2023. Easy to find and they had the perfect car for me (same make and model as the car I own). The employee I dealt with - I think her name was Laura - was lovely; very attentive and efficient. The guy with the Caribbean accent was cool too. I was in and out relatively quickly. I rented through my local AAA travel agent and got what I considered a great rate - $215 for a week, including all taxes and surcharges. Highly recommended!

I will definitely not be using hertz again, and especially not this location. For starters, Hertz in general is very sloppy, kind of shady and unprofessional in their manner of service. I booked a tesla long range online and nowhere did it state that I could not use the very debit card that was used to secure my booking, for a surprise $200 security deposit. But the real red flag was this location giving me a dirty tesla standard (not the long range that I specifically booked for my long roadtrip). It had a huge crack on the windshield which could have endangered us on the road, dents and bumps everywhere, a low-pressure tire and a cockroach roaming about. All this I noticed within hours of renting the car. Unfortunately this place would not open the following saturday/sunday and no one answered their phone, so I ended up having to drive to FLL airport and by the grace of God I got a much cleaner and newer tesla, but still not the tesla i booked (it was standard). They also literally had to screw someone else's booking over because apparently there were no more teslas available. The new car eventually started showing the same tire problem, and we had to pull over in the middle of the road. We waited hours for Hertz to send a tow company with no response before resorting to a third-party. This was a very disappointing and stressful ordeal, one after another. To end things with a bang, I was charged an additional $57 with no explanation and Hertz refused to refund me. My bank had to intervene and do a chargeback. Not a fun experience

Worst Hertz ever. Car was not ready when we arrived at opening 8am and still dirty inside stains on seats etc. Had to wait for cleaning and air add to tires. Car smelled over powering of deodorizer and later like rotten fish. Searched car and found rotting egg under the seat cracked open. Car then had low tire pressure and lost over night after filling with air. Then the auto start has feature started malfunctioning and the car would die at stop lights. Returned to Hertz for an exchange and was told there was too much dog hair in the vehicle and I would be charged 150 for cleaning. No Bueno

This is a Hertz/Thrifty car rental. I rented a car from Thrifty. Before I went in there, i did my research and found that they were in my price range. I even tried to save money by doing "dealers choice". It's where they pick the car for you. I told the lady when I went to pick it up that I already have full coverage insurance through USAA, and I am using a major credit card, so I will not be needing their insurance. Okay. Fast forward, I'm 200 miles away, and I need to extend my rental time. So I called Hertz and extended it. At the end of the call, the agent tells me the new total. It was crazy. Way, way more than I calculated. The agent tells me that I have their insurance. I asked him to remove it. He told me I had to go back to where I got the car. I told him I was 200 miles from there. He said, "Sorry." I called several times and got no answer. I told myself I would fix it when I returned the car. I returned the car and the same lady that gave it to me helped me again. I told her what we talked about last time as far as my insurance, and she argued with me claiming that I approved the insurance and that I should remember. I think she mixed me up with someone else, or she is defending herself from being wrong. Then she said she could not help me. And she walked away. Hertz should give this lady a raise because she is making you some money. My charges for the week should have been about $350. I got charged over $750. They lost a good customer. I actually turned this car in when I still need it for another week. My car is in the shop.i will be going somewhere else. Avoid at all costs.

Booking a car, getting a confirmation, paying for an uber only to get to the branch to find the representative joking about that the booking and confirmation means nothing and no way I will get a car.Is this how a company like hertz do business?
