Justin was a great assistance and listened to my concerns. He respected my concerns and focused on getting me the best outcome. He directed me to Kevin for in lowering my insurance. Daniel was helpful in completing the financial process and responsive to my financial needs. The day was rainy but the guys at Hollywood Kia did not let it affect their work or me. The 2016 Buick has made it through a week, and I am happy.
Update: me and my buick has made it through till the end of the year and it is still doing well! For my birthday in november, It took me to Orlando and we enjoyed a restful vacation. I am updating because I have bought used cars before and had major trouble with them within weeks of buying them. But not here.

Last week I totaled my Jeep and needed to find something I loved ASAP. A few of my friends have KIA's and always talked about how great of vehicles they were so naturally when it came time KIA was my first stop. I worked with Zach at the Hollywood location. He was able to quickly find the cars I was interested from the website and was very patient with me, which I know can be testing even for the best of salesmen. I was able to find a beautiful car and OBSESSED. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and freindly and I would highly recommend the branch.

Buyer beware.
I was negotiating a vehicle the night before and was told it was available. The next morning, while I was on my way, I was told that vehicle had been sold overnight. Now, that may have just been an unfortunate coincidence, but after everything that followed, I seriously question this, based on the many other tactics they employed. The kind of tactics many shady car dealerships are known for.
It’s December, and they are currently advertising a $1,000 discount for all new Kia owners (and even go so far as writing this discount “can be applied with all other discounts.” It’s all over their website. Once I was there, however, I was told this discount didn’t apply to me because the vehicle I was purchasing was a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. That restriction is not disclosed anywhere. Trust me, I searched. This is misleading, at best.
They also advertise top dollar for trade-ins (above KBB values). In my case, however, their offer was $4,000 lower than CarMax. They weren’t even able to come close to matching it.
Add in dealer fees that are roughly double what other South Florida dealerships charge, plus a $995 “paint protection” you only become aware of once you get the OTD price (this is not listed in the price you’ll see online) and the pattern becomes clear: lots of advertised incentives to get you in the door, followed by excuses for why none of them apply to you once you’re at the table.
I’m giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they happen to have a larger stock of Certified Pre Owned vehicles for the particular model I was purchasing.
TL:DR: Hollywood Kia advertises deals to get you in the door, then gives you every reason why they don’t apply once you’re there. Expect inflated fees, low trade in offers, and unnecessary add ons. Don’t waste your time, there are better, more transparent Kia dealerships in South FL. This one doesn’t even provide you with a complimentary bottle of water.

do not buy a kia and do not use this dealership. they lie and kia sucks. bought a loaded sportage just found out kia access was only for one year now I need to pay a subscription to use features.

I came in recently on a Saturday around 12p and by 3pm I had closed my car deal and keys in my hand with no money down. I was able to get the exact car I wanted at the price I set my budget for. If you are looking for a car go Hollywood Kia and ask for Andres. He was very helpful, he provided awesome customer service to me, and he took the time to listen to my needs as it pertained to the car I was looking for. Thank you, Andres and Hollywood Kia for your fantastic customer service.

I had an amazing experience at this dealership from start to finish. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free. A huge shoutout to Karen, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.
Karen was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about getting me into the right vehicle—not just making a sale. She answered every question clearly, kept me informed at every step, and made the whole experience feel easy and comfortable.

Absolutely 0 stars if I could. They take advantage of you, they lie to you, they hide information, they are not transparent nor like to address situations over the phone. They’re also very sloppy in the service department.
Oh and the customer service skills from the staff is nonexistent, especially the manager West. Hands down the worst experience I’ve had with a dealership in South Florida.

I really disappointed with Hollywood KIA, I got a 2025 Sportage Lease with maintenance service include, then I came back to the dealer for maintenance service and inspections in accordance with the maintenance program for this vehicle, nobody respond for that, also when I get the car the sales agent and the manager of that time was lying about it also saying for be military member I had some benefits, then second time different manager “paid” for my service saying they are gonna fix it and do it in the right and legal way because they are having some administrative issues for some customers, also at that time my sales agent was avoiding me without any reason, I went yesterday again to the dealer for a 16k maintenance inspection charging 255 for an oil change, A/C filter replacement and tire rotation (overprices) including the new manager with the worse customer service and bad attitude was being unprofessional, saying they are not gonna take care of the situation because happened in a different managers administration.
1. They lyes for deals.
2. Blame on different people.
3. Precarious Customer service.
4. Disrespectful Customer Service for military members.
5. The Shop is more a circus than a professional car dealer.
I’m highly open to teach people how to bring a good customer service being professional, honest and trustworthy.
If you are looking for a car, please AVOID, HOLLYWOOD KIA.
