“We went to three other places and were quoted outrageous prices for Christmas trees, and then went to Lowe’s and Harold saved the day! He walked us through different options, shook them out for us, cut the bottom of the tree we picked and wrapped it for us all with a smile. So i called the store. Home Depot your automated answering borders on awful. The woman who finally answered was indeed awful and would not allow me even to speak. The next woman was slightly less awful.
Home Depot have Laron start at this store first. They need professional training by an expert.
In the marketplace now doubt the big box stores rule. I am a retired electrician. I only visited this location to appease my GF. It was roughly 7pm.I prefer wholesale houses. One can get better service and better quality of goods. We will end up purchasing from Sherwin Williams. Because we have an account there.They will be able to match our choice and at a better price.
My hope is this review educates the masses.”

I had a great experience at this Home Depot location. And in every Home Depot my place to buy my plants and house & Spa stuff The store was well organized, prices were clearly marked, and it was easy to compare products.
Staff were available when I had questions and gave clear, honest guidance without trying to upsell unnecessary products. The checkout process was fast, and overall the store felt efficient and well managed.
