“I had a great experience here today. I am a contractor who uses the pro services of Home Depot often. I am in and out of most South Florida stores multiple times a day throughout the week. I came in today to find the product I needed unstocked but available up above in the overstock area. I asked for help from an associate, Bri. She called for help, and when no help came, she took it on herself to come get the product and then restock the section. I k ow this seems mundane, but if you're in and out of busy stores like me every day, you know that often this experience can take a very long time. Time is money, customer service comes in all forms and this associate during her job in exemplary fashion turned my mood from annoyed to happy enough that I wanted to tell her manager, write this review and do a survey. Simple acts, but to me, it changed my mood for the day.”

“Always able to find what I’m looking for at any of the stores using the Lowe’s mobile app I can put whatever store I’m in and find the isle and bay number to locate the product and if it’s out they show when it is due in the store or I can order it and have it delivered. Often I find additional merchandise on Lowe’s .com and order from the laptop top or mobile device . Some times I have to order this way as I can tell that there is not enough turn over of the item to make room and try to sale on shelf and I completely understand that. The Home Improvement Dept does a great job explaining to me how they will begin the Home Improvement project I want done. Two years ago Lowe’s installed all my hardwood flooring, impact windows and exit and entry doors, washer, Dryer, dishwasher an freezer . Used my Lowe’s card received an additional 5% off and because my total purchase was greater than $1850 I was allowed to go to extended terms using 4 years at 7% I also received an additional one year warranty using their installation. I took 4 bids and Lowe’s was 3 rd but I choose them over 1 and 2 because I knew they would stand behind my products. That summer I found out bids 1 and 2 went out of business so cheaper is not always the best but a company who has been around for many years stands behind their products.”

“The appliance specialist, Andre Bozewski is the most valuable person you can meet if you need a new appliance for your home. He actually cares about his job and is conscientious. In addition he is very knowledgeable. I had issues not related to my sale or install and he worked hard to resolve them. I highly recommend Andre and The Home Depot is lucky to have him in their employ.”

The plants, flowers and succulents are neatly arranged and displayed in a way that is easy to learn what the each particular plant needs such as amount of sunlight and water. I also appreciate the variety of pots and gardening equipment that are available to choose from based on the needs of the gardener. The staff at the garden section are friendly and speak many languages so it’s very easy for anyone to find someone that speaks your language.”
