“BBQ depot replaced my AOG grill. They were prompt and fairly priced. Other companies were charging a fortune for installation and BBQ depot was totally reasonable. They were quick to order, easy to pay and showed up when they said they were coming with a reminder phone call. Their service was impressive and one of the owners actually delivered and installed by BBQ, removing the old one and putting in a new one and spent the time showing me how to work my new BBQ. He wouldn't take a tip when I offered. Totally impressed. Will definitely refer people to this company.”

“I have to laugh when I see some of these low ratings. I have been dealing with Albers since I bought my house in Hollywood. It has been 50 years! They have always been efficient and reliable. Yes. In recent years they have been getting a little gruff. I am in sales myself and they probably get fed up with people, but I trust them and I know them and I would rather deal with honesty than with a strange salesperson at a franchise store who is artificially nice.”
“Visited this Home Depot after leaving Home depot looking for a specific product, Rico went over and beyond his duties to make sure I got this product. He even grabbed forklift and brought it down from the top shelf while I waited. He even gave me good advice to buy a few more since the stock was almost depleted. Thanks a lot”
