Today was the second year in a row I have used Home Shield. They have been great to deal —Ana and other office staff are extremely friendly and efficient in quoting and scheduling. Technician Will is knowledgeable and honest.

I have had the great pleasure of having Home Shield Shutter Group as well as Home Shield Landscaping & Tree Service, both under the same ownership, at my home to resolve a variety of issues. First, the shutter group, under the expert leadership of the gracious owner of both companies, William Rivera, serviced my shutters, including my electric ones, into the best shape and condition in decades. Next Mr. Rivera undertook to correct the issues with my landscaping. My previous landscapers, who had served me for many years, suddenly disappeared. I went through several other landscapers with dissatisfaction before hiring Mr. Rivera's landscaping company. The condition of my lawn was in tatters until Mr. Rivera and his team cleaned it up within one day. I have been delighted with Mr. Rivera's services, whether under Home Shield Shutter Group or Home Shield Landscaping and Tree Services. I highly recommend them for their expertise and professionalism of the highest caliber.

After my wife unfortunately crashed into my own home I did not expect a window repair to come from a "Shutter" based company. Funny enough they were the only ones looking to provide the service. By the grace of God,Will provided an excellent service. His communication on the matter was handled well,his price was fair,and time which the work was done was within my request. So glad I discovered this company. I would highly recommend and as a Home Inspector I actually have recommended their services to clients since then.

I had the pleasure of having William Rivera, head of Home Shield Shutter Group resolve several issues I had been experiencing with my shutters, including electric shutters, and landscaping. Mr. Rivera resolved the shutter issues with professionalism and precision. I was very pleased with the work, and I felt the price was very reasonable. As regards the landscaping, my previous landscaper suddenly disappeared without notice. I tried several other landscapers, but they were all substandard and overly pricey. Mr. Rivera and his crew showed exemplary professionalism and did a wonderful job getting my landscaping into shape. Again, the price was eminently fair. I highly recommend William Rivera and his Shutter Company as well as his Landscaping Company. You will not be disappointed.
