I have been a regular customer at Home Goods for quite some time now, and I can honestly say that every visit is nothing short of exceptional. The entire staff, from the managers to the cashiers, are incredibly friendly and kind. What truly sets them apart is how genuine and human they are. Shopping here feels more like visiting old friends.
I often bring my dog along, and the staff always make her feel like a cherished part of the family, which means the world to me. The welcoming atmosphere and warm interactions create a sense of community that is rare to find nowadays. In a world full of distractions, Home Goods is a comforting reminder of connection and kindness.
I want to give a special shoutout to Aurie and Beverly at the cashier counters. Their kindness and warmth make every visit even more special. Thank you to the entire Home Goods team for consistently providing such a wonderful experience. And for keeping the store impeccable. I always look forward to my visits and the chance to chat with such amazing people!

When I walked in, the store was very organized and clean. Excellent customer service, especially from a worker named Yaritza. I was looking for a present for my mother in law and she guided me to an area that satisfied my needs. She was also very attentive and nice. Excellent store, excellent employee. I will be recommending this location for shopping.

If I could give zero starts I would. My daughter picked up a stuffed cat that was all by itself without a price. When I went to pay they told me it was a set of three and said I would need to pay the full price and went to get more cats. There was nothing notating this cat was a part of three. The man ringing me up was very nice and tried to get me a discount since my 2 year old was in love with the cat. The manager came and was very rude and wouldnt even talk to me, just said no there was nothing she could do. I have been shopping at this brand for a Very long time and they have always discounted for damage or other things. This woman did not consider it and was very rude and dismissive. I left without buying anything and my daughter cried about the cat for 10 minutes. I get not being able to do anything, but I don’t understand the need to be rude.
