I ordered a ham online, unfortunate their website sucks and after 4 attempts to pay, I was only able to reserve the ham.I got to the store and was greeted by a policeman and another security guy that were by the door. There were only 2 people in front of me, and it took me 35 minutes to get my ham. Very slow service for such an expensive ham. Why are there two people guarding the door and only 3 people working inside?

If I could rate this place a negative number I would. Prepaid for an order and the day before thanksgiving had to wait in line for two hours only to hear they didn't have one of the side dishes I had prepaid. I asked for a refund and they said no refunds I had to pick something else. How is it that I need to take something I don't want because of their inability to calculate how much inventory they need to have on hand. Never ever going back to this store.

I went here the day before thanksgiving to pick up my turkey and ham. The line was outrageous but it moved so fast and the employees had a nice attitude despite the chaos!

I always ordered my turkey from The Honey Baked Ham Company and they do not disappoint! Lines can be super long so I recommend ordering ahead and selecting pick up! They also sell frozen sides and bread as well as fresh sandwiches. Service has always been friendly and welcoming! Prices are a bit high but taste is always there and instructions are super clear!

Pre-ordered our ham for Thanksgiving & had to wait in line for HOURS with other customers who didn’t pre-order. Terrible customer service & I will never order from here again! The average wait time was 2.5-3 hours.

This is the first time I had ever ordered from Honey Baked Ham for Thanksgiving. It will definitely be the last. I ordered well in advance and prepaid. When I arrived at 10am at the store there was an insanely long and disorganized line where people were amassing by the entrance. They were still taking walk-ins depite the fact that they were then unable to honor the prepaid orders. After two hours in line, they didn't have half my stuff and wouldn't give me a refund. Terrible organization, logistics, and service for mediocre food. Would rather cook at home for better food - this was the opposite of helpful and relaxing, the whole goal of ordering.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from The honey baked ham. I prepaid for my meal, expecting a smooth and hassle-free experience, but what I encountered was nothing short of a nightmare.Upon arriving at the restaurant to pick up my order, I was shocked to find a ridiculously long line that stretched for three hours. It was absolutely unacceptable to have to wait for such an exorbitant amount of time, especially when I had already paid in advance.The lack of organization and efficiency displayed by the staff was appalling. There seemed to be no attempt made to manage the crowd or expedite the process. It was clear that they were ill-prepared to handle the number of customers, despite the fact that we had preordered our meals.Not only did this inconvenience me, but it also wasted my valuable time. I had made plans based on the assumption that I would be able to pick up my meal promptly, but instead, I found myself standing in line for hours on end. This level of disregard for customers' time is simply unacceptable.Furthermore, the complete lack of communication from the restaurant only added to my frustration. There were no updates or apologies provided for the extensive wait time. It felt as though the staff couldn't care less about the inconvenience they were causing their customers.To make matters worse, when I finally reached the front of the line, my order was not even ready. Despite having prepaid, I was told that there were not more turkey. This was the final straw for me.Overall, my experience with the honey baked was nothing short of a disaster. The excessive wait time, lack of organization, and poor communication left me feeling incredibly dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against patronizing this establishment if you value your time and expect even a basic level of customer service.

I pre-ordered a ham for Thanksgiving and was given a 5:00-5:30pm window for pick up. They made me prepay my order online.I spent 30 minutes trying to park and found a line that wrapped around the block. I tried to cancel my order with no answer on phone or option to cancel online. When asking at the store the security in the front told me that I would have to wait in the same line for a refund and the employees in the back told me to “just go stand in the line” and shoved the door in my face.I only wanted to cancel my order or return at a later time for a refund.The inconvenience they cause to everyone in the shopping Plaza is horrible due to their poor organization.TERRIBLE SERVICE
