I had an appointment scheduled for 0800 4/14/25 to get my last minute taxes done. Note the date! When I got there, there was one lady in the office, everyone else was working remotely. She found the scheduled appointment in the book and preceded to call several times starting at about 08:10 ..... My tax lady not only did not answer her phone but did not return the calls either.
At about 08:30 I had no choice but to get and leave. I lost important sleep time being a night shift worker!
Clearly this is not a serious office! Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere!! I might add there was not even an attempt of an apology. Don't waste your time.

I had an appointment today 9/30/203 at 1:00.I arrived at 12:50 and the agent told me she was running late.At 1:20 she asked if I could come back in 1/2 hour.I was back at 1:40. I asked if I should wait.She told me she was wrapping up.At 1:57 I left this office.What wrong with the service industry???

Excellent job with Marjorie -if you're looking for peace of mind she's knowledgeable and will take time to explain and walk you through different tax scenarios, which allows you to better plan.
