I had an appointment today 9/30/203 at 1:00.I arrived at 12:50 and the agent told me she was running late.At 1:20 she asked if I could come back in 1/2 hour.I was back at 1:40. I asked if I should wait.She told me she was wrapping up.At 1:57 I left this office.What wrong with the service industry???

I have multiple W2’s from different states. I attempted to do my own taxes from Turbo tax, however, it was telling me I owed money. I decided to get professional help. Peter Pazer from H&R Block was able so kind enough to go through what I did wrong while doing my own taxes. Instead of owing money, I ended up getting a return.Peter was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions without making me feel incompetent. If you’re in doubt, give this man a call.

I will not do my taxes here again! Pricing is out of line, too expensive. Staff is nice and professional. So, the issue is the cost especially when you are a returning client.
