I recently visited your store and was encouraged to sign up for a discount program. Before proceeding, I specifically asked the cashier whether this would impact my credit, as I am aware that my credit is not in good standing. The cashier assured me that it would not affect my credit in any way. However, I have now discovered that a hard inquiry has been placed on my credit report as a result of this transaction.
I find this to be highly concerning, as I was misled into signing up under false pretenses. Providing inaccurate or misleading information to induce a customer to apply for credit is not only unethical but also potentially illegal. I respectfully request that this matter be addressed immediately by having the inquiry removed from my credit report and ensuring that proper training is provided to your employees to prevent similar incidents in the future.

The Kohl's store in Hollywood Florida, is very clean, everyone was very friendly with superb customer service. The associate who assisted in the Sephora Beauty was very knowledgeable, she also has great customer service skills. She provided great recommendations. This is the type of service that will keep customer coming back! 💯🌟🙂

I hate your fitting rooms, they are always a mess. I have complained but no one seems to care. The last time I was there I went with my cousin that is unable to walk without a walker. She can’t stand for long. She had to stand with the door open to try on clothes. I had to run out every time to change her sizes.
I was worried that she would fall while I was out looking for a different size. Someone should be doing a better job cleaning the rooms.
