Gets triple stars easily over Quest Diagnostics nearby for HAVING AN ACTUAL FRONT DESK PERSON in addition to the virtual kiosks. Took an hour and a half to ginally get the service I needed but most patients were far quicker than that. The staff while initially brusque, were welcoming and attentive - especially Julia who gave me my jacket cuz I was cold. No bike parking though but otherwise gets done what needs to get done.

I should have known better after seeing all the terrible reviews. This place has the worst customer service and highly disorganized. I came in for my 11:30 appt at 11:10 and was not seen until 12:10/12:15. Once I checked in there is a process of them texting you when the tech is ready and to just be nearby. I waited in my car and got a text at 11:37 “ Your Labcorp technician is ready to see you. Please proceed to the Labcorp check-in area and your name will be called shortly.” I immediately got out my car which was parked directly in front of Labcorp. I waited 20-30 min as no one ever called me (so roughly 12:00). I inquired about this with the front desk staff and he told me I got here at 11:50 and they called my name multiple times prior. He kept going back and forth with me and then I went to the back to be seen. I believe it was a problem with the system being delayed, as it probably text me after the tech called me. It could had easily been communicated and would had been fine. Rather the front desk chose to argue with me. Highly unprofessional.

Went in today for a gestational diabetes test, at first the visit was good going smoothly I was called up on time and given a sugar drink, instructed to finish as quickly as possible because the 1 hr time for the screening only starts when the drink is completed. I completed the drink and sat back down. Then about 15 min later they call me back up telling me I have a past due balance from Feb 2020 that has to be paid before they can give any additional services. I’m currently 7months pregnant. That was unacceptable. If your going to have your receptionist act as a collection agency they should do so before they start the service someone comes in for and furthermore give a notification if an appointment is set. I made this appointment 3 days ago and no notification of a past due invoice was indicated. I also don’t appreciate being strong armed into addressing some made up bill from 4 years ago. Why haven’t I heard this any other time Ive come in for services? It’s just absurd to still even be trying to collect such an old service. How can this even be validated as a real bill. They have really put a bad taste in my mouth and the people at their front desk are super unpleasant and unprofessional. Beware of this location!!!!

The room is packed and the pace of the workers is very very slow. Go to Quest Diagnostics instead. Do NOT recommend this place for any tests being done. They open at 7 and don’t actually take people in until 10am

If you want to wait 3 hours for a your drug testing, then this is definitely your place. They only do drug screening monday through friday 10am to 2pm but they dont even notify there vendors of this time change. They have one person doing drug screenings and only have a 4 hour window so imagine how many people are there which makes the wait so long. Horrible place.

Had a great experience at LabCorp today. Julia was professional, courteous and kind. I'm usually a hard stick, but she did it quickly and pain free on the first attempt. I'm so glad I chose this location.

Nice and clean environment, service was fast even though they were shortstaffed due to weather. The test was quick and painless, I was greeted and provided great customer service by Yused at the reception who was very polite and charming.
The price was a pleasant surprise way cheaper than expected. Loved this location this was my first visit here.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at LabCorp that I feel compelled to share. I went in for a routine drug screen, expecting it to be a quick and straightforward process. To my dismay, it took over 3 hours to complete. This lengthy wait time is entirely unacceptable and indicates a serious issue with their efficiency.
The staff at this location displayed a complete lack of compassion and urgency. I was left feeling like just another number rather than a valued patient. There were no updates or apologies for the excessive delay, and when I asked about the status, I was met with indifference. It was clear that the employees were not motivated to provide timely or considerate service.
This was, without a doubt, a terrible experience. The way things are currently done at LabCore needs to change drastically. Whoever is in charge of this facility should reevaluate their processes and prioritize the patient experience. Until significant improvements are made, I cannot recommend this location to anyone. Avoid this place if you value your time and expect decent customer service.
