I do not leave many reviews but this time I must. I had a problem with my code to get in. Went inside and spoke to Vonnie and I just have to say… she was incredible!! The absolute best customer service you could possibly ever ask for. She helped me with my problem and made sure I fully understood everything. She should be teaching lessons on customer service . Simply excellent!!Thank you Vonnie!!

They lied about a unit on their website I bet it is a bait and switch tactic. At this point they lost a future customer forever. I have had it with companies trying to swindle money out of people's pockets. Greedy sharks and liars.

Staffs very attentive, always there if you have any questions. Friendly, professional and courteous. Place is busy on the weekends, but it's easy to get in and out without a delay. Unlike other storage facilities that have an elevator but it's harder for you to visit your unit if you have to get something you need from your unit.Thanks Staff & Management ?? keep up the good work.
