On May 7, 2023 around 12:45pm, My little sister (a 14 year old child) went inside to get a pizza, crazy bread, and soda. She went with more than enough money to pay for such. She comes back to the car saying the cashier comped the combo meal. She said the cashier (light skin female, short Mohawk like hair, and tattoos) instructed her to meat her outside to give my sister the food. My sister was by the car and the window was down when the cashier handed her the food. I heard the following: The cashier says "no tip." My sister confusingly pulled out $3.00. and the cashier says "that's it you don't have a 10?" My sister then gives her a $20.00.The cashier then takes my sister inside to give her $10.00 back. The cashier did not prepare the food, and the only thing she did was walk to the car and hand my sister the food and demanded $10.00. 1) It is completely unacceptable to comp a meal "out of kindness," then 2) demand a tip from a child 3) demand a tip well over 18% of the total price when she did little to no work. A tip is meant to be an extra compensation for outstanding service from an employee, at the discretion of the customer. If the employee felt entitled to a tip to the point where she demands it, she should've saved the intimidation and just let my sister pay for the meal. I can only imagine how many "free meals" she is giving out to the local high schoolers, then intimidatingly walks outside to demand a tip. The only reason I didn't request to speak with a manager right then and there is because I looked completely unacceptable to enter someone's establishment.

I can only give this one star because zero is not an option. I stopped by the store today at roughly two in the afternoon and asked if they had one of the hot and ready pizzas on hand after seeing the commercial claiming it had 33 percent more pepperoni ... I guess it was my fault for not inspecting the pizza before leaving, but hell, how hard is it to make a one topping pizza? I got the pizza home and all there was was a pile of pepperoni in the center--nothing near the crust. The pizza claims to have a third more--i would have hated to see what it looked like before! My pizza had 13 slices of pepperoni on it. I had to count because I knew right then I would be leaving a review. Now, if that's a third more, did a normal pizza only have nine pieces of pepperoni. That's on an eight slice pie... That doesn't even take into account fact they didn't even take the time out to puncture the bubbles in the outside crust which truly made the pizza look inedible. It's obvious the employees there take absolutely no pride in their work to sell such a substandard product product as they do. I understand that the price is low--but if you can't provide what is advertised, and you truly don't care what you sell--this is a horrible way to do business. I was a restaurant manager and AGM for the last 10 years... If I were to sell such a substandard product--I'd be out of a job. Will not ever eat there again

Ordered a pizza and was charged including delivery fee +tip. Was supposed to be delivered by 9:28 and at 9:45 still no pizza. Tried calling the store and no one answers the phone. Next I receive a phone call from door dash saying that the store is closed and they don't have my pizza. No way to receive refund other than disputing the transaction with my bank. Do not order from this location. Terrible experience.

I ordered online pickup 2 days ago and the deep dish pizza had no crust on the bottom. It was completely ripped off and half the pizza was way more topping than pizza. When I politely asked for a refund the cashier gave me an attitude while saying "that's just how they are coming out" then I responded with "yo are you f***ing kidding me with this s**** This is garbage most of my pizza is stuck to some f***ing pan in your kitchen. This pizza looks as bad as your attitude. Refund my f***ing money so I can get out of here. I was refunded I ordered on door dash today and this is what I got(photo). Also refunded. Not only do these employees have no clue how to make the deep dish pizza, but they are fully aware they are ruining these pizzas and still selling this style completely messed up at the same price anyway. My question is "who is the A** H***?" Cashier? She know the pizzas are messed up and rings them anyway? Manager? he doesn't know how to make the pizza but that's bad training, not his fault. But he didn't pull them off the menu in the meantime. Franchise owner? Yea, it's this person's fault. Not only does your staff have NO CLUE how to make your deep dish but they pushing out ruined deep dish pizzas. I'm willing to bet you have some regulars that order these and the lunch combo and your current staff is tearing through them and they will not shop here any more. This has been going on for days now

***Wonderful***So I recently did a review on the little Caesars on Stirling in Davie. Don't ever go to that one! (Please read that review). This location is the one I went to after all my horrible experiences. I've been here before and it was a great experience. The staff were friendly and alert. You can tell they have some direction. The pizza was very good too. What you should expect. I only stopped coming to this location because it's a little out of the way for me, but I'll drive a little further for it it now.

Never been to a Little Caesars that was not hot and ready. Had to wait for an order of Italian cheese bread while I was in a hurry. Came here cause I thought it would be fast.

I stopped by this Little Caesars located in the Sedano's Plaza along State Rd. 7/441 to get a $5 pepperoni pizza for my kids. The business is small and only had one customer inside. Masks are required and they will limit the amount of customers if it becomes too many. Besides the $5 classic cheese/pepperoni; they also offer various specialty pizzas, caesar wings, crazy bread, $5 lunch combo, drinks, and caesar dips. Little Caesars has a pizza portal for online orders. When you come in, you'll find your name on the screen. Enter the code and take your order when the door opens. The customer service is fair, yet the pizza remains tasty at a good price.

Online pickup order was not ready at quoted time. The other location I usually use on Federal hwy always has it ready on time.

This is the second time I've come and both times bad experience with customer service food is always hot and ready but one manger when I came was rude and inconvenienced by me saying I have the change amount so instead of giving me coins to just give me the whole dollar amount but the look and response I got I would never do that to a customer and now this time a different lady just the way they speak to you is unprofessional you would think them being customers themselves would understand how to treat their customers the only thing that has me coming back is the food

If you are in a rush don't go here during the afternoon. They lie and say your food im the portal to meet numbers and when you get there you still have to wait like 10 minutes. And instead of handing it to you they put in the portal to make it look like u just picked it up late.

All I have been dreaming and thinking about for a week now is there crazy bread. which I really think it's over priced. A pizza is almost the same price. I love crazy bread. My order was just right. I was happy with it. I like how they make it on this location. I feel I get a good enough amount of bread here. The peices are also a good thickness. Some other places they make the peices thin and small. The bread tastes freshly made. It's not soggy and it feels warm. It is made pretty fast. I think I watched every one that came in order some with there order. The service was pleasant and the employees are doing there best keep things safe for everyone. This particular location has plenty of parking. The lot is pretty big but a little isolated.

No Hot-N-Ready even though it's only 5:45. Girl behind counter says give me 5 minutes.... 15 minutes later I ask about the cheese pizza & kid told me since I didn't pay they didn't know I had an order. Plus, the place is filthy.

Worst pizza and bread sticks ever. Raw, raw raw. I wanted to eat a pizza, not raw dough.
