I took my girlfriend here expecting a relaxing and quality experience — instead, we got rushed service, rude staff, and results that looked like they were done in the dark by someone with no training. Her manicure was sloppy, uneven, and already chipped by the time we got home. They didn’t sanitize tools in between customers, and the whole place just felt unhygienic. When we politely mentioned the issues, the staff got defensive instead of trying to fix anything.
Save yourself the money and frustration — there are plenty of other salons that actually care about their work and customers. This place is a joke.

Racist establishment and horrible people. Left a customer bleeding and was going to put acrylic over the skin abrasion. Then said you know how those people are. Absolutely disgusting and would never spend my hard earned money to benefit these racist individuals!

If I could give zero stars, I would.
This place should be shut down immediately. My friend came in for a pedicure and she needed acrylic overlay removal, and instead of doing it properly, the technician ripped the acrylic off so aggressively that it tore her natural toenail and caused her to bleed all over the floor. That alone is horrifying and screams gross negligence.
But what happened next was even more disgusting. Instead of showing the bare minimum of human decency—like, I don’t know, maybe offering a Band-Aid or checking if she was okay—they doubled down by making racist remarks about her being African-American, implying she was just trying to get out of paying AND threatened to call the cops on her!
Excuse me? She was BLEEDING. Your job is to provide a service, not racial profiling and trauma.
If your first instinct when someone is injured in your establishment is to blame them and make racist comments instead of taking responsibility, you don’t deserve a single customer. Ever. This place is a lawsuit waiting to happen.
Run far, far away. There are too many professional, respectful salons out there to waste your time—or risk your safety—here

DO NOT COME HERE. There are a handful of times I can count where i’ve been discriminated towards here in South Florida, where the minority is the majority. As a hispanic woman, I respect business owners and their prices - but common decency is something I will always expect. I was talked down to in a condescending way, mistreated, and was completely disregarded even upon communicating my wants & needs. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable during a service. I take the time out of my day to dedicate to self-care, and now I have PTSD for any place I think about trusting with my hands or feet. Please do not come here, do not bring your loved ones. I am in tears.

I came here for a simple manicure and pedicure, and I was very disturbed by the lack of customer service when I came in I was great very rudely and demanded to tell them what service I wanted and after that I was made to wait without any communication for 30 minutes before anyone sat me down to do my nails and once I finally did get seated to do my nails each time I let them know what I wanted they gave me apparent attitude— it was so uncomfortable that I just decided to pay for my manicure and hold off on the pedicure. I will not be back.

so dirty inside, simple manicure got me put on antibiotics. filthiest nail salon with awful employees with a bad attitude and no talent. if you want your nails to look worse then when u came in then go for it. but don’t waste your money or day.
also super racist , but i’m not surprised because they’re all pretty ugly inside & out so i’m going to chalk it up to jealousy and hope all employees can get a tan and the facial they all desperately need so they can attempt to do services well

This was honestly one of the worst nail salon experiences I’ve ever had. I made an appointment, but still had to wait over 30 minutes to be seen. The technician rushed through my manicure, barely paid attention, and didn’t even ask what shape or color I wanted. The polish was sloppy, uneven, and already peeling by the next morning. On top of that, the customer service was terrible—no apology, no effort to make it right. I usually try to give places the benefit of the doubt, but this was unacceptable. Definitely not worth the money or time.

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail spa. The staff seemed rushed and not very welcoming from the start. The tools didn’t look properly sanitized, and the overall cleanliness of the place made me uncomfortable. My manicure was rushed, uneven, and started chipping the very next day. When I politely brought up my concerns, the technician was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected a relaxing and professional service, but unfortunately, I left feeling frustrated and disappointed. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

My sister just left there bleeding after trying to get her toes/nails done. Customer service was terrible and was arguing saying well bleeding is normal then started name calling just because she was complaining.
