I was literally waiting for the bus to arrive and they came out and said that i had to wait off their property. So i called to see what the problem was and they answered the second call and said that the person was asking for things lol. Bunch of lies.

Bathrooms are out of order, they lack lot of the normal food a gas station runs, then the car wash took a FULL HOUR to wash 3 cars. It was crazy we waited that long but didn't want to lose the $15 it cost to get a mediocre wash.

This is hands down the sketchiest Gas station I’ve ever been to, there pricing is also super sketch, along with the fact that these Indians running the place keep telling me only credit card but I’ve used my Apple Pay before… this establishment is a sham. Side note: everyone at the Dunkin Donuts next door is perfectly normal and nice.

This is one of the worst marathon ever. The employee is very rude. I asked if there was a bathroom and instead of him showing me directions to where it is… he rudely ask me if I don’t look for signs. He was twitching as if he was off drugs before I even walked in the store.

I witnessed an employee being rude to a woman. He was speaking to her like she was beneath him. Very rude, I will not visit this location again.

The 89/ ⛽ gas was not good. From the time I filled up to this location.The car had problems cranking.I will not come again to this location.

The manager for this place should know this guy Latif the cashier isn’t doing great .This person leaves you waiting while he does something else that is not important like counting money and when he notices your annoyance then he puts the gas at the wrong pump so you have to go back and move your car and when you go to complain he laughs in your face. Damn, this has happened twice in the morning, very disconcerting because the least we want as clients is bad service in the morning when you are supposed to receive good service and a good vibe to start the day. I leave my comment here this guy need training and good manners thank you very much ?

horrible customer service went today for car wash Drove up to wash. would not accept my debit card Changed to a CC for the $15 deluxe wash. Charged me $16.05 Proceed in Wash . came on with very little water Brushes started . Total time in was 1 minute. No soap was dispensed No wax no tire wash no hot air to dry Came out with dirty wet car Pulled over and went inside. Clerk behind desk was less than helpful said he couldnt do anything. Then he said if i had purchased wash at his checkout maybe he could help. Who goes inside to purchase wash. Its either at wash or at the pump I explained again he said his manager was only one that could help All this time he is looking over at another employee who i believe was the manager . I started to leave and went over to AMIR who said he couldnt help. I explained again
He told me it was a new car wash I said i know... I go there 2 times a month He also said he couldnt help When i leave i warn two other cars on line it wasnt working One lady said she had already paid and proceeded through. Same thing no soap dry etc Well here comes Amir looking at wash and on his cell phone to report the broken wash to someone I go over to him and say see what i mean.... He said i'm doing best i can
Lost a 20 year customer for gas and future washes. All for $16.05 What lousy customer service.

These guy are ridiculous!
They are rude and I have never been to a store that refuses US Currency I mean they do not take dimes and nickels unless they wrapped.
To me that unpatriotic to refuse US currency in the USA!!!!?
I don’t care if I got to start driving to another store but I’ll never come back here!!!!!
