If only zero stars was an option . This store is corrupt and take advantage of older folks that are not as familiar with their accessories and add ons. Told my husband needed to change his number for 3 days with a cost of 185.00 than changed his plan to additional price increase and to add insult to injury sold him a refurbished phone that had the same problems and the one he originally had but was told it was brand new . Tired to take back to store for a refund within the 30 guarantee and was told this store is closing and we are not taking it back .
Complete utter disgrace and unprofessional behavior so I guess that’s why it isn’t now closed . Be careful out there when going to franchise stores !! He is now a happy customer of Verizon !

A few days ago I visited the store with a friend who wanted to purchase a new plan for her family and we got excellent customer service from Luis, he helped her with everything and at the best price.

Came in to upgrade/get new phone after 3.5 yrs and young guy there told me I got a free tablet or rapid charger with promotion. Bill seemed high and he told me it was just "taxes and fees", was leaving and saw he did not give me receipt, went back and got mine. Next morning reviewing receipt, saw I was charged almost $70 for my "free rapid charger" and I see why my receipt was not originally given to me. Will be returning to return charger and get refund and complain about this shady tactic.
