Came in to upgrade/get new phone after 3.5 yrs and young guy there told me I got a free tablet or rapid charger with promotion. Bill seemed high and he told me it was just "taxes and fees", was leaving and saw he did not give me receipt, went back and got mine. Next morning reviewing receipt, saw I was charged almost $70 for my "free rapid charger" and I see why my receipt was not originally given to me. Will be returning to return charger and get refund and complain about this shady tactic.

Spacious store with lots of employees so even if it's really busy, you wouldn't have to wait long. Yarima brief me and she was so nice and knew all the available promotions and ask the features on the Samsung phones.

Went to get service there, after Jose tried selling me a case as a package deal knowing he was charging calling it free. Felt like this company was horrible, went to my Internet provider and added a phone line and Internet upgrade all under 100 dollars including the phone, thanks Xfinity for looking out for me. Take your business elsewhere, this time of the year all companies Re giving away these phones as thanksgiving was not such a good time for them making the money they thought they would make, look around for deals.

Worst attitude ever, rather not switch to them. The phone to switch over is for a plan at 40 or above, tried telling me I had to pay 135, I clearly know that's a lie as he added the case and said it comes with a case, Jose is a not honest as he tried telling me the case came with it free, yet was charging 134 which the charge should have been 95 or so, he is really not professional at all. Needs training and ethics of business. Will go to a different phone company like at and t instead who has similar deals and will not try to have you pay for a case and day it's free.

Hard to rate this. I was sold a bad phone (for cheaper (I DID ASK FOR CHEAPER OPTIONS). However, I would have shelled out the extra 200 if it had been mentioned the phone had no NFT and a poor camera. These are essential to my work. Now I have to carry around the old phone to take pictures and payments, and the new phone to provide the not very good hotspot. I got what I payed for, but I'd rather have paid more...

I lost my phone and was worried I was gonna lose all my data. Valentina was great she helped me set up a new phone retrieve my data and turned what could have been a horrible situation into a good one.

Please please stay away from this place the people here are racism and lazy they did not want to help me and my family we was looking at tablets and a watch the lady gave me a price of a watch that I didn't I am also having problems with my phone service but the lady did not want to help or did not want to get on her computer and I would like to speak to the general manager from this place

This have to be the worst AT&T ever, walk in no hi no acknowledgement nothing than I'm waiting g and once my turn come, ohh we can't get you a new phone because he is a new employee and doesn't know how to do it but there is nobody there to train him or teach, what a piece of shyt of establishment

Very upset and disappointed in customer service. Been client of this store for over 10 years and was always happy with service but lately it’s getting worse and worse. I think they need to work on management and people that they hire. In the end left the store and got a forth line else where and will be taking my other 3 lines else where as well after 17 years of being metro PCs client.

Horrible costumer service , no acknowledgement of there costumers , people left the store before being helped just from the rude way of being treated .
