Very helpful English and Spanish speaking . I was happy that the English was spoken well where I felt confident with the gentleman who help me with an issue with my phone . Very knowledgeable and friendly, genuinely wanted to fix the problem with my phone. That says a lot to me . Not just a job attitude.
