Wonderful friendly people at this location, I had the displeasure of being behind a very dude lady but they handled it with professionalism and grace. I love when employees care about the customer experience.

I love this store but the last 2 times I have come here the cashiers were not nice. They are curt and unwelcoming but only at this location. When I went to the Tower shop location they were friendly and nice. Please train your employees better.

I have been a patron of Michael's for the past 20 yrs and this particular location ;going on 7 yrs . Our family enjoys crafting and we are all into diverse hobbies so having that one stop location for all our supplies is convenient
