These guys are great. They do good work, at a reasonable price, with none of the stereotypical nonsense.
I dealt primarily with Dan, who was always courteous and professional, and made sure that nothing was overlooked.
Highly recommend.

This is the worst shop I ever went”
On Friday June 27th I towed my pickup truck there because I’m a member of AAA their referred me there and I chose to take the chance, The truck was cranked fine but don’t start. On Saturday June 28th I got a call from them told me that my fuel pump is the problem I need to replace it, At first they charged me 650$ after discussing things it went down little bit cause they work with AAA members, You receive some type of discount which is not a lot, Monday June 30th I got a call from them said” ohh I need to replace my brackets if not my tank will fall off” Keep in mind the truck were there for not fired up. Tues July 1th at 9:30am they called told me that my truck give them a nightmare now they need to change the fuel filler neck cause the original one were totally broken blabla. Again remember the truck were there cause it didn’t want to start and they will call me back, which is I never receive any calls from them again till 2:30pm while driving to work i decided to call them” That’s when they said it’s almost done they already started it it ruining fine etc. I said ok well I won’t be able to come get it today cause I’m already heading to work, So tomorrow I’ll come. Wednesday July 2th I went they charged me 677$ and 57c I paid the full amount and took the truck drove home but I can feel something was wrong” I’m not a mechanic but I’m not stupid. Since I was kinda rushing because i left my daughter home alone plus i need to prepare stuffs for work, I just wanted to make it home. I made it home and later I drove it to work, On Thursday July 3rd still I feel something were wrong with the truck. But still I drove it to work and cameback home later that night. On Friday July 4th I went to pickup something at my friend house I parked the truck went inside and when time to leave truck don’t want to fire up” Same problem I had days before, So I left truck to my friend house catches uber to go home also to work that day. Saturday July 5th I gave them a few calls no ever pick up, I called AAA to pickup the truck at my house and took it to the shop near by my house.After serval test the owner of the shop told me I needed to change the fuel pump. Keep in mind this is the job I had already paid 677$ 57c for. I told the guy he cannot be for real because I just changed few days ago here the receipt with the amount they charged me.He told me trust me the problem is my fuel pump.He charged me 564$ to drop the tank and charged it etc. I was there whole day watched them working on my truck, they ordered a brand new fuel pump inside the box unopened” took off what they had put in from the previous shop it look totally different to new fuel pump. They put the new fuel pump in check everything else to making sure all were working properly, After that truck fired up fine they drove for 20min to check sure there were no leaks or any type miss fire just like how I felt when I went to get the truck at Mika great bear auto. Unfortunately everything were fine I paid the amount of 564$ I drove the truck home same day with no difficulties. While at Mike’s it took them 4 days just to change a fuel pump. This my history with them so if you guys go there expect same thing might happen to you depending on your situation. I highly not recommend to go there because they not loyal to clients. And I kinda know what happened but im not giving any details here.

Took my truck here to have work done 1st time told them I needed oil change and complete tune up bam fast!!! All done so i came back dropped off truck off.A/c new wires ran for fog lights and took care of . Place has been good to me and stands by what the say. .. I would recommend 👌 great job on fixing the issues .

I am from Maryland visiting Hollywood FL. I needed a oil change and I drove by Mike's auto Repair. I decided to go in and see what they could offer me. Mike the manager was super kind and the man doing the oil change came to me to show me the break pads that were very thin. He explained everything to me while he worked on y car. The price was great compared to any other repair shop. I highly recommend you go for a reapir ay Mike's Great Bear Auto in Hollywood Fl. If i could I would drive from MD to FL just to get my car maintenance here. Thank You guys for being so humble and friendly. Emily F

Experienced a tire issue minutes before the shop closed at 1 pm. Mike, the owner, went above and beyond, assuring me to bring in the vehicle, waiting for me. I am beyond grateful to Mike and Mike's staff. The guys inspected my car for hours without finding any troubles in the gear shifting. It turned out it was just my fault and they showed me the reasons why. They didn't charge a dime and help me all the way. A lot of other dealers would have taken advantage of the situation and charge thousand of dollars to change whatever was not necessary. God bless people like these !
