DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
THE OWNER IS A CRIMINAL AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE UNDERPAID AND OVERWORKED.

I worked with them as a side gig for a couple of jobs. I have plenty of experience working with reputable moving companies. This is not one of them. Some of the employees are hardworking but others are using drugs on the job, and I personally witnessed the driver/foreman named George stealing food from a clients fridge, rushing a job to go pick up drugs on company time, resulting in the clients walls and furniture being damaged.
The boss, Haim, hires vulnerable undocumented workers who don't know labor laws, so Haim frequently steals wages from his employees. I went out on a job with them that ended up being an overnight. I asked about the pay structure, and they told me after 8 hours it's referred to as a "full day", and the pay is capped at 150. Aside from the time spent at the clients properties, I sat in the company truck on company time for a total of 8 hours. Unpaid. I was away from home, on company time not personal time, for over 24 hours. 150 bucks. Thats 6 dollars an hour. No overtime, no pay at all for most of the hours. I explained this is most likely wage theft.
When I came to the office to collect my check, Haim the boss said that he heard that I called him a thief, and told me quote "If I heard you say that in person, I WOULD STAB YOU".
Furthermore, a disproportionate 4 of the very few 5-star reviews are suspiciously generic like a low-effort sales pitch, written by people who's names are obviously from the same country of origin as the guy running this circus. They are likely fake reviews for a move that never happened.
DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT RENDER ANY SERVICES FROM THIS COMPANY.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY PLEASE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOOSE ALL YOUR BELONGING . PLEASE READ ALL THE REVIEWS NOT ONLY ON THEIR WEBSITE BUT OTHER CHANNELS THAT LIST THIS COMPANY / THEY ARE THIEVES I WAS MOVING FROM ONE STATE TO ANOTHER AND MOST OF MY STUFF WAS LOST ( that’s what they told me ) they didn’t have an explanation what happened to my stuff .when I would call they will tell me that they were still looking in the warehouse where they hold your stuff but after a week of me fighting and calling me they said they were unsuccessful finding my stuff . My stuff was worth approximately about 2k and they told based on their “small prints “ on contract that they would pay on 12 cents per pounds which based on their calculation it came out to only $225 . STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE . Btw the representative that I spoke to in the beginning supposely had resigned from the company when I wanted a explanation as to why they delivered my stuff without notifying me first so I would be there to received my stuff . STAY AWAY ! !!!

Moving on Up is a great moving company. The did a local move for me. The price was very good. They were on time, polite and courteous. The movers did an excellent job packing up the mirrors and pictures. They padded the furniture very well. Nothing was damaged - not a scratch!. I would recommend them and use them again for future moves.

I gave move a couple of weeks so I didn't let my ire look like a reaction. The Movin On Up company out of Hollywood Fl was to move my daughter'a belongings from St Petersburg to Tennessee. The quote was essentially double after they finally arrived. They were timely on that. The delivery was over a week later than they said it would arrive. I felt for the delivery personnel. It was the office staff that was not truthful. It was a shame I couldn't use my original moving company because they didn't get back to me. There is much more to share but I don't want to stay in a negative way. I do not recommend this company.

Last minute move, Moving on up came same day, did a full packing job, took my belongings to storage then deliver a week after.Great experience, Good CX service.Moving is never easy or fun but if you have the right team it makes it a lot easier.Thank you Tal.

I had a very bad experience with this company , they gave me a wrong quote charge my card without authorization, day of moving they were one and a half hour late , when I call the office to find out what was wrong the a guy guy claiming to be the supervisor said to me in a very rude way that they are going to be late and that those things happen pall the time , but they didn’t call me to let me know. Call twice second time I told the person who answered I was going to give you guys a bad review he said is up to you !
Movers show up finally more than an hour late no mask on , anyways they were the only nice people I the whole company.
The price is nothing like they said be careful with this company avoid them! The reason I gave them 1 star is because you can’t do zero

They are very unorganized. Nooooooooo communication with each other and nooooooooo communication with the client. I was double charged for deposit and had to go back and forth with dispatchers to receive a credit for the second charge, They were not on time for pickup and then hiked the price because I had a few extra boxes, then they came a day and a half late for drop off, I had to take off from work, on top of that I received someone else's box of personal stuff and didn't receive all of my stuff. No one answers calls when I call and no one returned my calls after I called. This company is A BIG JOKE, SCAM ARTISTS. I'M JUST GLAD I FINALLY GOT MY STUFF BECAUSE THIS WAS A VERY UGLY PROCESS DEALING WITH THEM. IF YOU'RE LOOKING FOR A MOVING COMPANY, KEEP LOOKING!!!!!!!

Great service, very professional. Helped me with moving, and they did such a wonderful job. Especially during these difficult times with the pandemic I felt they really deserved recognition.. Very happy I had them to help through the stress of a move!
