Stephanie is amazing she helped me chose my glass and let me know which was perfect fit for me. She even helped my mom with any questions or concerns she has. Great experience at Pearle Vision. Staff is amazing overall!

Dr. Fleischer and front desk staff was amazing! Dr. Fleischer made the transition from not wearing glasses to wearing glasses smooth. I was so on the fence, but he help me tremendously. Very nice and patient!

First and last time getting glasses here, I bought glasses in March, worst experience ever. First I was not able to see very well, went one time and got another pair of lenses that were dark something I did not asked. I was just told my eyes needed to get used to the new lenses, which I never did.Then my glasses fell on ceramic floor, which has happened with old pairs that I bought in other places, but this time some scratches came, the lady who spoke to me said I can't do anything but to buy new lenses. I told her I always pay for anti-scratches and first time in 39 years that my glasses get scratched like this, meaning they are bad quality lenses and she just repeated either you buy them again or stay with them. Bad customer service from the lady and no help and even with the insurance I paid alot adding stuff my insurance did not cover 100%. I tried this place because it was the 1st place that came out in my eye insurance, but they only think about getting the money.

If you want the most thorough exam by the nicest Doc on the planet then come here for glasses and contacts. 5 stars is not enough to express the care Dr Fleisher gives to each person.

Extremely disorganized. Files and paperwork strewn across the examination room, equipment falling apart and tech for the first tests didn’t seem to know how to operate the equipment. I left as soon as I worked out that these guys do not seem to know what the heck they are doing
