Got our Syrian Hamster from this location recently and we are absolutely in love. The hamster is very gentle with my kids and is overall super sweet. Our little Oreo is the best first pet!

Found my usual go to bag of dog food here that's usually like 65 to 70plus for 58 dollars. I wish they had more locations closer by me!

Good, local neighborhood Pet supply store in a Publix shopping plaza! Staff is friendly and helpful. Always well- stocked on necessities for all pets! This store offers dog grooming and wash stations. You can find coupons online or sign up for rewards program. This store is located by a Panera bread, Marshall's, Kohl's, publix, dollar tree and more!

Been coming here for years to see Valerie for grooming. Found out today she’s gone. :( If anyone knows if she went elsewhere let me know! She was exceptional as a human and a very good groomer. She treated my dogs like family. I’ve had Leanne when Valerie was out on occasion and she’s good. I’ll probably go to her. I will miss Valerie greatly. Sad I couldn’t say goodbye.

Very helpful and good prices. Usually that is true. Upon my last visit, they did not honor a coupon I had because their price in the register was different despite the sku reflecting the lower price. And most of the time, they offer to help u when u had large bags, this time, they did not. I had 2 large bags of cat food (which were heavy). I guess because it was sprinkling outside, they did not want ro get wet. Lol

They usually have the wet cat food that I'm looking for. But they don't carry a lot of cat nutrients, it is very limited. With prices all over the place going through the roof I hoped that the sales that the store have would be a bit better than what they are. You have to spend so much just to get the sale. It's not even worth it. I really wish the store would app. It would be much more convenient to just open the app and sign in instead of having to Google it. You have to go onto the website to be able to log in. Most of the time, I don't have any service in the store which is ridiculous. I also wish the store would send out more coupons through the mail because they don't expire as fast as the ones that you find on social media. Even though I have some issues and flaws to pick out with the store overall, it is a good store.

I came in. Nobody spoke to me.I asked for help looking for something cause I couldn't find it.The boy told me what aisle it's on.I told him I knew I just can't find it.He told me well it's there. I went and looked again still couldn't find it came back up.Asked for help again and I got a blank stare. Finally , after my fourth time asking , he begrudgingly showed me where it was at. Also there is a dead hamster in the cage.I told him he told me it was sleeping.I said definitely not sleeping upside down with its feet in the air. He went over and tapped on the cage and told me it was sleeping.I'm not blind. Coming into the stores like walking into the twilight zone. No real help nobody really knows what's going on. Also, their prices are double what they are on Amazon.So I would just save yourself the trouble in order your stuff on amazon.
