I was in Florida with my family for a "workcation." :) My husband messaged me in the morning and needed 1,000 business cards printed right away for a conference he was attending. I called around and no one was able to do it.Feeling hopeless, I called Printing Planet praying that they'd take on the challenge. Not only were their prices affordable but they were able to print 1,000 business cards within 1.5 hours. The business cards were great quality and I was so excited to be able to deliver them to my husband within a tight timeframe.Don't go anywhere else... this is it! :)

Honestly this man tone and demeanor is nasty. When Running a business sometimes the client make mistakes but as an owner you should be a bit lenient especially if the client is apologizing . I sent a flyer to be printed and I told him the wrong size. I got there and I immediately told him "oh no I wanted this smaller" he proceeded to tell me "this is what you told me, how are you a business owner and you don't know what an 8.5 x 10 is" I found that comment to be very rude. It was an honest mistake , I told him he should not talk to his client like that and he told me I don't have to pay but he will not be doing future work with me. This WAS MY FIRST TIME!!! I was really looking forward to working with a local printing.I asked "do I have to pay for it ?" I did not say " I'm not paying for it" You reply "you don't pay for it but I'm not doing any future job for you" You could've easily said " I will reprint the correct size but it will not be the same amount I were told before" Instead of going back and forth , come up with a solution with the client, you don't know who I would've referred to your business. It was my mistake telling you the wrong size but mistakes happen I was still willing to pay whatever price but for THE RIGHT thing. The way you were going back and forward and not willing to help made this experience unpleasant.
