Easy to get in and out. Units are clean feels secure busy on weekends. Elevator (only 1) is real slow but is big enough for most ordinary furnitures. Upstairs has tight walkway and real tight cut through to access east facing units. Driveways are also narrow best to come on off hours and avoid weekends. Only 1 flat bed to be shared amongst the hundred units (other public storages have too many you're literally tripping over them) so bring your own dollies and hand trucks. Should have a sign saying please return flat bed to elevator after use. Great location no staff in office everything done online but the maintenance guy does keep the grounds clean! No bathroom seems like people use stairwell by the elevator stinky stinky in there they have a cone there so you know not to slip in it. Prices are right for what it is if you need a storage unit for the short term they have good promotions. I recommend this facility for your storing needs.

High surge in price. Increased rates within couple months span. Increased demand in pay if using storage after hours. Rat pellets found on personal items.

I was actually in my way to another storage facility and ended up at this one by mistake and I am very happy I did. Although I didn’t have a reservation, Debra took the time to explain to me the process. She was very pleasant, professional and very helpful. Needless to say, I ended up renting the unit there instead of the place I was originally heading too. The facility is very clean with easy access.

Great place for storage! Looking to switch in the near future and visited. Spoke with the nicest lady, Debra S. She showed me around and answered all my questions. Made the whole experience very easy and comfortable. Place is nice and clean. Looking forward to reaching out again when we are ready because the employee was super nice and knowledgeable. Customer service really does matter and it's nice to know some people still operate that way. Thanks so much for all your help Debra!
