The Deli staff is incredibly terrible they make you wait 40 minutes to even ask you what you want. The attitudes are out of control and quite frankly do not feel like waiting 40 minutes for a sub.

I usually go to this Publix, and it's perfect my cashier is amazing but now I will never come back. I received the worst customer service I've ever had from the sushi woman. I go to every Publix and I never have a problem with the five dollar sushi and adding the toppings I like, before this publix apparently charges extra for the crunch onions, which fine I told the lady I'll pay extra, repeating myself over and over. She's screaming no no no, comes around the counter and shows me a different sushi then then one I wanted but with the onions, I explain to her no that's not what I wanted and she's oh well with the most horrible attitude. I love shopping at Publix and this one is literally a walk from my house, but with this ladies attitude I would rather go to ANY other Publix no matter how far.At least a women manager ( I didn't even get to ask her name) did try to help me, I will say that but I was already super upset I couldn't even talk to her so I left all my stuff I was about to buy and just walked out. I will never return there again. Also calling corporate on this lady thank god I saw her name tag.

Walked into the women's room and it was absolutely disgusting. One toilet was completely clogged and full of feces, and the second stall was occupied for an extremely long time by a homeless woman. I ended up using the family restroom, and another woman went to alert the Publix staff. Much more attention needs to be paid to the bathrooms. If these are the bathrooms that employees use....why would we buy food here?!

This Publix is the WORSE in Hollywood, Florida as far as Customer Service! Especially the DELI department! I had a horrible experience waiting on a sub sandwich and I read other folks did as well!��

The deli department at this Sheridan location is hopelessly poisoned in terms of an adversarial approach to customers. Having been this way for years, I figure it's a management problem. I simply can not overstate the level of chip on the shoulder type confusion. The store is otherwise above average but the deli section makes one shop elsewhere. Just bizarre behavior. Terrible for the brand. The store on Polk is nearby and it's deli dept is perfectly normal and professional

A non friendly place. No manners at all, depressing energy. The lady CRISTINE IS A RACISTS. I would never recommend anyone who is nice to enter. I am still baffled at this lady and her lack of niceness. As a business owner myself with a marketing and business degree, this business owner needs to clean house. I’m a local.

This is probably one of the worst Publix Deli's to get subs from and unfortunately it's the closest one to my house. Of course there's usually a line, but today no line and it still took like 15 or so minutes minutes to get 2 half subs made at the same time by 2 people. And the people making the subs need to go back sandwich school, it's almost as if they'd never seen a sub before... why would you put all the toppings in the middle of the sub and not spread it out? I'm not trying to eat all the pickles in one bite!

Damon behind the counter is amazing. Tell this man to make a creative order what ever you want and just tell him to put it together. Dude is freaking gooood. The fiance and i had the best meal thanks to him. Thanks man

This is a really nice little liquor store. They stock liquor, mixers, some chilled beers and wine. The store is clean and well laid out but it's the staff that make it. They are all very helpful and friendly. Nice experience shopping here
