Customer service has deteriorated, especially in the friend chiken department. They make you wait for 30 minutes and then they tell you that there are no products. Although you have
made prior order. Management should evaluate the situation. Thank you.

It's a shame that a supermarket of this magnitude continues to have such unsympathetic employees and a manager named Tifani who is so incompetent. I placed an order for a cake on Friday and when they took my order, everyone looked at me with disdain and sent me to print the image. 30 minutes later, when I arrived with the image, they received it without giving me any receipt. Today, Sunday, I came to pick up my cake and without any response, they told me that they hadn't received anything from me, that I hadn't placed any order. When I told the manager, she ignored it and told me that they couldn't make it. It's very shameful that this happens and that they don't take action. We are customers and we should be valued and treated with respect.

They are pretty good. They have some pretty good organic and non-GMO options as well as wild-caught shrimp, grass-fed, steak grass-fed ground beef, and wild-caught fish. They vary on the organic produce but the place is always clean and the Customers have always been very pleasant. They have been out of organic cottage cheese though. So I hope that comes back. Also though Im thrilled they have organic kefir. 8.5/10

Standard Publix. Note. Pull in the street at the sign and go all the way down to the next light. It's on the right side corner. Do not turn into the mall right off Hollywood Blvd. It's not in there!

Never in all of our travels have we had so much trouble at a Publix. We love the fried chicken and decided to stop here for some before we headed back to our condo. We were in line long before 7pm and when I got to the desk to place my order I asked for 4 chicken breasts and French fries. To which I was told they didn’t have anymore it would be 10 minutes by one worker. More than 10 minutes goes by and I asked the guy for the 4 chicken breasts I had been waiting for along with the french fries. The guy proceeds to put 4 chicken tenders in a bag and weigh them. I told him I had asked for 4 fried chicken breasts. To which he said we don’t have any. I said the lady who filled my son’s order said it would be 10 minutes. He said no we don’t have any. So I get in line to get a chicken tenders sub like my husband because clearly I’m not getting fried chicken. My husband asked about fried chicken and Lily said we don’t sell fried chicken????!!!!!!!!Say what?????!!!! When there was clearly a box of miscellaneous piece of fried chicken in the warmer when we walked up. Had I known I would never get my fried chicken I would have grabbed that box! Even though it had 2 breasts, 2 thighs, 2 legs, and 2 wings. I’m beyond angry because in all that time the other food we had ordered, my son’s shrimp, and my other son’s ribs were cold as ice by the time we were able to get to the parking lot. Which is where we ended up eating before heading back. I was told they didn’t close back there until 10 but year was toldi they had no fried chicken then told they don’t even sell it! I speak very plain English! There is a major problem here!

I have been a customer at this Publix for over 20 years. I have to say that the bakery there is the worst bakery I have ever dealt with in my life. The attitude when you walk up to that bakery from all of the cake decorators is terrible. I just ordered a cake for my husband for his birthday online put specific directions. they were not followed. It’s very upsetting Publix such a good reputation of customer service. That continues to allow that bakery and all those women with the attitude to work there. It’s very sad That I was not able to give my husband that I requested. Extremely unhappy customer
