Bobby, the pharmacist is an absolute sweetheart. He went above and beyond to get me my prescriptions when Walgreens tried to charge me double. Even sat on hold with them 30 to 40 minutes. He's a gem .

I have no negative issues with pharmacy, been a customer for many years.
Pleasent people & one time as they were locking up for night they ran behind desk and gave me my medicine.

Customer service is pretty bad at this location. There is also this panhandler in the parking lot with a walker that is super annoying. Many problems with this Publix. There is no self check-out for starters -- where there is at Dania Beach and Aventura (Aventura's customer service is 10 times better too). I had this encounter with a young male store employee who was carrying a rolled up rug down the aisle in the deli section and wouldn't move in the slightest for me, the customer, walking down the aisle. Who does that? He could have turned sideways, or said excuse me but he went barreling through expecting me to get out of his way. I was not happy and spoke to his manager -- who weakly apologized. The employees don't know the inventory very well either which isn't surprising the way things are in this post pandemic world. I would much rather go to the Publix at Young Circle or Sunny Isles but went here but won't make that mistake again.

Janiyah's attitude is something I would expect from an attendant at Walmart not at a place like Publix at Sheridan St in Hollywood. She was texting while several of us customers were in need of help while scanning our products. She saw us but chose to ignore us and when she came over she looked mad for being interrupted.

Bobby Ortiz horrible pharmacist. He literally disagreed with what my doctor prescribed. I've never had any issue filling my prescription over the years until this guy.Btw I also found out today he lied to me. My doctor sent a script for 20mg of adderall. He said my doc sent 2 scripts of narcotics. I called my doc today and they said that’s not true. I literally have been getting prescriptions here for years. This guy shows up and is a huge problem, and a liar.I've worked at Memorial regional. And. Broward general hospital. Horrible pharmacist. And I've dealt with people like this in the past. Paranoid and won't fill a script. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. This paranoid weirdo rookie pharmacist won't fill prescriptions, and ignore what a medical doctor prescribed.I reported him to corporate. And I have our conversation on video, he refused to tell me the second prescription he claimed they ordered. Which was a lie. There is no second.My biggest concern isn’t my situation. Pharmacist like this are horrible people. It’s These pharmacists that deny someone with a medical emergency to fill their scripts. It’s people like that, that give cancer patients a hard time getting their meds.This guy is truly a POS

Stopped by deli and was greeted with a smile by a young girl named Zoolinga ( I think that's is spelled right). She was very polite, friendly and made the best ham sub I have had in awhile!
