Nothing says "we don't care" like a LabQuest waiting room. Truly a heartless, corporate block of glass and drywall. Appointments available only weeks in advance, and walkins take hours. This is what happens when you encourage monopolies. The blinds permanently closed are a perfect reflection of how much upper management cares about patients. Its important that you know in advance when you plan to be sick, or maybe if you are buddies with the CEO no doubt you won't even have to wait. For the rest of us, be ready to sacrifice a workday, and choose between your health and your finances. Cannot even be bothered to use a paging system to let ppl wait at home, guess hi-tech is not here to make everyones life easier.

I want to make it very clear I do not blame the staff for this. Firstly, the phlebotomists should not be working front desk issues, that's beneath them. I know cost cutting measures when I see them and that's very shameful Quest. Get a front desk person to handle patient inquiries. The phlebotomists' job is to draw blood, not deal with patient scheduling issues. They are not IT. My complaint is that I scheduled an appointment like I did the last 3 or 4 times. I followed the instructions and upon my arrival I clicked on the link sent me to by SMS. I was shown that I was checked in. My appointment time flew by, should have been 7:40am and I was never called.
Then I remembered you guys have on your TV with the annoying B-roll that my name should have appeared up there. My mistake for not remembering since apparently, I am employed by Quest. My sarcasm aside, it's not my job to make sure your systems are working and I resent that following the instructions ended up in my having to badger a phlebotomist to make sure my appointment was fulfilled. Instead of being told "Oh sorry, if you made an appointment, we will make sure to take you." I was told, "You have to register as a walk-in." WRONG ANSWER. I made an appointment. I was there on time, 10 minutes before my appointment. Again, NOT MY JOB to make sure your IT solutions are working. Clearly there was a problem because after I registered as a walk-in while complaining about it like a moron, not even 10 minutes later my name MAGICALLY showed up on your screen with the migraine inducing B-roll.
What I have learned from this experience is that I will NOT be using my phone to do check-in, clearly that is untrustworthy, and I cannot hold your phlebotomists' accountable for your flaky IT solutions because they are not front-desk, and they are NOT IT. Very shameful. I will remember next time to just use the goddamned kiosk. Just remove the phone option if it doesn't work, seriously. You guys aren't going to hire a front desk person because it won't bring shareholder value, right? This is not asking for much; you can just not buy another yacht and you will be fine. Being as I don't have a choice on where I go to get this done, I am a captive audience member and therefore I will more than likely be ignored but believe me I won't forget about this. I will be a major pain in the ass if I am inconvenienced like this again. I have every right to be upset because I followed all of the instructions, and I came very close to being screwed over had my name not just shown up magically at the end there.
I took photos of my confirmation screen and of the television screen if you want to see them. This is unfair to the consumer, and you need to fix this. I understand all you care about is lining your pockets by churning out patients at an accelerated speed, but FFS keep your end of the bargain! I follow the instructions; I keep my appointment time. Your flaky IT be damned.

First off of all, Quest jas eliminated front desk positions so you check in on a kiosk with no human interaction. The machines often don't work and I waitee over 45 min for my appointment and they made me check-in as stand-by and refused me service after taking my name off the list saying "it doesn't guarantee service" even though they never said that at any time. The workers, who I assume are overworked, were rude, curt, and dismissive. In addition to the the type of scam I assume Quest Diagnostics is running by overcharging us, they can't even take care of patients so I had no care done. Avoid QD at all possible, especially this location. The icing on the disgusting cake is the entire plaza doesn't even have bike parking.

I wanted to make an appointment, they couldn't help me. They do everything via website. They were very pedantic and uncooperative. We hope that when making the appointment the service will be different. It's not free

Worst Quest administration Ive ever experienced, very rude nurses/professionals:
Received my scheduled appointment confirmation via email to be at Quest between 11.40am and 12.15pm. I arrived at 11.50am. Upon checkin, the appointment said it was 13.40 hs. Waited for 1 hour and they never called my name; when I approached one of the nurses, they - very Unpolitely - told me to come back 10 mins to my appt (1.40pm)
I came back at 1.30pm sharp, my name was still on the board, 5 mins later, it disappeared.
I approached one of the nurses again and they claimed they called me 1.29 and I was not there so they removed me.
Im super angry at their mistreatment, their unwill to help and resolve my problem. I have been waiting there for hours and i had that Appointment for weeks

4hours waiting time even for walk in patients is unexceptionable!
I still don’t understand why you can’t wash your hands in the bathroom.
Last time I was there I was in and out for 30 min.
The phlebotomist lady was amazing!

My experience at the location was pleasant, got to my appointment waited few minutes and I was in and out ( second schedule appointment due to the first one that no one was at the location)
But, my complaint is that I booked an appointment online a week before, got to my appointment at 6am and no one was there. On the door was a sign, due to weather we are temporarily closed. I understand completely, but u confirm the appointment via email, u send me a reminder, u make me fast 12hr and make me wake up 5am for nothing, it is ridiculous.
Costumer service is horrible, no one called / email me to say due to whether concerns we are reschedule or cancel appointments.
I try to call that morning and of course no answer.

The lady that opened the door did not answer questions, but the one that did my drug test was very nice. Ebany? Unsure of how to spell her name

It's a cold place with no sense of humanity. The non-contact policy should not be applied to a medical facility. The waiting time is longer than expected. Getting an appointment online is almost impossible, and the personnel is as cold as the machines in the lobby. I definitely prefer LabCorp. The only reason why I went to Quest is because they're open on Saturdays for about 2 hours. It was an extremely negative experience.

the absolute worst. They don't have a direct line to contact the office to let them know you are a little late and instead of accommodating you with a 3 year old because your 15 minutes late they decide to give you life advice and tell you to plan more accordingly. They lock their doors before they are actually closed.
