This Quest Diagnostics location manages the walk-in and appointments well. I make my appointment using their app and they alert me by text thirty minutes before my assigned appointment. As I arrive to the location I check in on the app. Within five minutes of my assigned appointment I am taken into the office and verify my insurance and prescription. My blood in taken by the phlebotomist and im finished in under ten minutes. Very simple and painless process. Love this location.

I was there on Tuesday morning with a scheduled appointment, the attention times were as expected, but the nurse who took my blood tests did not uncover a new needle in front of me, I was quite surprised and I should have told her something, because I had no guarantee that this needle had been used only for me. I only hope for that needle she used to wa

This place is a joke. It is the absolute worst Quest office in South Florida! Don't bother showing up without an appointment as you will wait for hours and no one will see you. Any company that cares so little about their customers should not be in the business of providing healthcare services.

I walk in no receptionist I try to talk to someone no one to talk to I put my info in the computer can't find it check my self to make sure I have an appointment and I do knock on the door someone comes that's a favor and answers go to the computer I say the computer doesn't work she says put it in as a walk-in I go put it in as a walking the computer says wait 60 minutes I have an appointment scheduled for in 5 minutes yet they still want me to wait 60 minutes thank them for the great service that they never give and probably never give before places like this close and understand what service is so others can learn what mistakes not to make. And just to add them not I bet you the employees that work there would care more when they won't have somewhere to work instead of disregarding the clients that keep this place running when they have a job.

They took a guy with a teen son without appointment that got there after me, both me and the guy were there right before 2:00 PM although I called before going. They randomly say no to me and they took him in…He had no appointment and he didn’t even call before going…The nurse didn’t even acknowledge my presence…After she sent someone to tell me that they were closed…Why did they take him and not me???Who knows?

No appointment s for days at a time so I came in at 6 AM, the line was out the door so I opted not to stand in the rain. Came back at 0856, it’s been close to 2 hours and no progress at all. The staff moves at a glacial pace. Once it hits the 2 hour mark, I’m goneIt’s ridiculous they cannot handle patients better

After going to 2 Quest locations this morning this was the best location and last minute pick. One of the locations, Flamingo and Pembroke rd, said they didn't take walk-ins when it states they do on website. And they did the day before. But when a group of 14 of us were waiting they turned us away. I found the Cooper City location on my map and drove right over with my mother. This branch allowed us to sign in and took us. They were also very quick and gentle about their work. By the time we left we saw a few more people from the other location that were waiting with us. It's hard enough getting time off from work to get in to be seen but to have an establishment turn you away (miramar branch) against their policy makes it works. The Cooper City location really took care of their clients.

Horrible experience just trying to speak to someone in the office after I was referred for imaging. Just because of the lack of customer service, I WOULD NEVER GIVE THESE PEOPLE MY MONEY. HORRIBLE BUSINESS ETHIC

Will always give Quest Diagnostics 4 -5 stars. Excellent agency. Today giving a staff member Kia (Keisha) a grateful thank you as she did a one stick 10? vial blood draw. She also seems to have a powerful confident future. I wish that for her. The staff also saw the importance of allowing a young man to do his drug test so he could claim his new job. Was a good few hours. Good things!

Unsure of the phlebotomists name because she did not introduce herself, she was with another woman who didn’t speak any English, she was horrible and trust she is NOT training the other woman - first rule of phlebotomy don’t pull needle in and out clearly she does not know what she is doing or does it to inflict pain! Either way she should not be in a customer-centric position she has ZERO personal skills blamed me for the vein blow out need to find caring people not this sadist Spanish older woman her name begins with an M unfriendly, unprofessional, uncaring unqualified to be a phlebotomist

This was terrible. I came to Quest today for a blood draw. The receptionist was snarky at first then gave me a compliment. I checked in and went to the room to get my blood drawn. The woman taking my blood was very rough with the sleeve for my arm. I asked her to be careful. I knew she would not do a good job if she could not even be gentle putting on the rubber sleeve. She put it on so tight and then I asked her to move it down because I was in so much pain. She did. Well, unfortunately I was right. The blood draw was the most painful I have ever had in my life. The blood draw left a huge bump and my arm is very purple in that area. I am not a wimp with this stuff either. I never complain about blood draws. I am tough. But this was unacceptable. Also, getting an appointment was very difficult. I had to wait almost two weeks. I understand Christmas was in between that time but it still should not have taken so long. Just an awful experience.
