Worst service ever!!!! Fired tge lady who calls herself Maria and make sure Elizabeth is in the front of the store being attentive to the customers. I stood at the front door while for 15 minutes trying to get the attention of Maria to let me in. I was ignores until i pulled my camera out and started to record Maria. I continued to knock and was given hand gestures by Maria to come around and use the side door. Maybe signage would be GREAT!! SO THAT CUSTOMERS ARENT WAITING TO ENTER AND SHOP. IM DONE WITH RAINBOW.

This place doesn't open on time.. I stopped by to purchase tank tops to wear under my shirt. Employees ran late and didn't open on time. I waited but another person client as a result the business lost a sale. Time management ladies.

This store is horrible, I arrived to the store, 30 mins before the store closed and both doors were locked, and the workers pretended like they didn’t see me knocking on the door. I’ve never experienced a retail store closing 30 mins before closing time.

please make sure before buying that it is the correct part because in this store they are a disaster When you are going to make the return they ask you from the telephone number for the address of your house where you live What is your name and I assure you research to return a product and it turns out no, the system they have doesn't work, The return system is stupid, it treats you like a criminal…. it is exaggerated abuse… and the merchandise is the worst,

This is the worst rainbow that I have ever shopped in the managers rude the Spanish-speaking lady with the ponytail that tall white girl or British or whatever with the funny speaking accent, she’s very rude and she catches an attitude really fast and you have to watch her because she’s very underhanded she could still grease at a biscuit and not get caught. I had three items that I bought back into the store and she only charged me for bringing back two and she says she doesn’t make mistakes. They had to do was check the inventory and see that those pants were no longer in their inventory, because I found all the items that I had purchased in the store and took them up to the counter for them, but they still refuse to give me my money back We’re all human we all make mistakes and my first mistake was not looking at her when she was ringing up my return, and not looking at my receipt before I walked out of the store, and not counting the money that she handed me back without telling me how much it was. That was my mistake There’s not one perfect person in this world but she thinks she’s perfect and then when you call corporate, they haven’t called me back yet Ariana or Brianna or whatever her name is. She’s also rude. I’m not the type of person that’s going to tell a lie for $10.99. They tell me that they don’t have cameras in store but I bet if there was a robbery they would run the cameras back for that. It’s all because of my skin color. They think that I’m trying to scam them for a $10.99 pair of leggings.??♀️ but vengeance is mine, says the Lord and my enemies will pay I’ll take that L for this trust no one to the owner of this store you need to clean house because your employees are very rude and disrespectful

Came to this location to return a pair of shoes to Spanish women behind the counter one told me since I paid in cash that she would not be able to give me cash back because she doesn’t have much in her drawer not sure why she told me that the shoes were $25.99 .The other woman told me that the shoes were way too dirty to return never worn out, besides on my outside patio to test walk them didn’t like the comfort or style so I return them. the second woman told me that they were too dirty to except and that no one would pay full price. Her judgment was based off of who I am and thought that I was trying to scam her $25.99 and continue to speak Spanish with the other woman while I stand uncomfortably trying to understand the situation not sure where she was going with this. I ended up going to another location, they took my return with no problem and told me to have a great weekend.

Hey Rainbow its 2022,Nobody wears masks in FL in any stores, in hospital nor the airport, so the fact that your changing rooms are still closed due to Covid only shows lazyness and bad customer service. Or it's probably more convenient as people buy stuff and don't return on time (which is 7 days only) if it doesn't fit and had to keep it. Also you can pay CASH only at this location which is also not good when nobody carries much cash around these days as we use cards for most of our payments..

What a different store from the one on 163 st n.m.b,Juliet the sales person is wonderful, she is sweet and dedicated to her job and full of patience . The store is wide , you can walk around and they are nice and not rude .Will go back there again .I will never go again to 163 !

Has to be the worst store I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible and no fitting rooms so you have to buy if you don’t like it they only give you 7 days for a full refund. It’s a joke

Sketchy at best. All items look like discounted, straight-from-China, rejects. Almost as if Shein or Fashion Nova had a brick-and-mortar location. Staff were friendly enough, but took nearly 10 mins to ring up and collect payment. Systems were down apparently, which was not surprising.

Nice store. A little crowded the way it's arranged. The counter help was extremely nice. I didn't like every time I moved to another section the floor help followed me around. I understand but it wasn't warranted. Just went to look for a shirt. Great products. I like the store
