I recently had the pleasure of opening a new account at Regions Bank, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and valued. I was particularly impressed with the banker who assisted me. Her professionalism was truly outstanding. She was incredibly knowledgeable, answering every single question I had about Regions Bank's products and services with clarity and expertise. It was clear she was passionate about her work and genuinely wanted to help me find the best possible solutions for my financial needs. Beyond her expertise, she was also incredibly friendly and personable, making the entire process feel comfortable and relaxed.
What truly sets Regions Bank apart, in my opinion, is their commitment to customer service. I arrived at the bank at 4:30 pm, just before closing time, to open my new account. Many other banks would have likely turned me away and asked me to return the following day. However, this Regions Bank location, and especially the banker who helped me, welcomed me with open arms and efficiently guided me through the entire account opening process without making me feel rushed or like an inconvenience. This level of accommodation is rare and speaks volumes about Regions Bank's dedication to its customers. I left feeling completely confident that I had made the right decision in choosing Regions Bank. Thanks to the exceptional service and expertise of their staff, I know I'm in good hands.

A few weeks ago I went to this bank to have a problem solved that I found a little difficult to solve because several months had already passed and the bank staff, the manager and Miss Damaris helped me solve it and I was very satisfied and grateful with the customer service. I really recommend this bank 100%, they always solve you, thank you

I want to thank Branch Manager Christopher Cerda for his great service. I had an issue with my debit card caused by Regions bank. Many phone calls over several days to customer service did not resolve it. Christopher was able to resolve this issue within an hour. He is the reason I changed my mind about leaving regions.

The bank refuses to close the checking account of my company. I have sent several messages and letters to the bank, but the bank is not responding to the messages.

They treated me like a criminal while trying to deposit a check to my business account. I was highly offended. I’ve been with this company for over 25 years. I will no longer make deposits at regions Bank. I will take my business to Navy Federal where I'm not treated like a scammer.

Currently customer from region bank my dissatisfied, disappointment, begging since first month my account was opening someone at financial office made decision to close my accounts with out even notify my self
Making things worse at front my landlord miss promise payment agreement plus living my self with food or medication to treat health related problem.
Call branch spoke with female Latino lady only answer I get I call you back been waiting all day nothing happens I email Mr Cedar branch manager but no reply as today date.my advise to anyone think before this happens to you I be waiting on any resolution or I. Be force to complain with the law because I be getting evicted notice or worse lossing my job simple because non professional services

Their customer service is HORRIBLE everyone is rude don’t greet you just tell you to sit down and wait while they talk about their personal life’s. One of the bankers just starred at me very weird while telling her what I needed assistance with. I felt very discriminated. The white lady teller is so rude and give you attitude for no reason

Worst bank ever,horrible customer service and no real fraud protocol to follow. They couldn't give me a name,number or address to the company I supposedly approved a purchase from because there was no information coming back for it and they still wouldn't return a penny to me. Also the customer service phone line is only open Mon-Fri 9-5 no weekends. Will be closing my account today.

Great locationGreat PeopleGreat ServiceBut the Regions Bank inside needs a rehab... Looks very depressing inside. Needs update and more bright lights.. Led lights. Very dark inside.
