This is by far not a review that I ever thought I'd be doing of a bank. This place is discrimatory and to question people who make an effort to arrive at decent time(30 minutes before) to give you their money to open an account. People work, and they try and leave early to give your bankers enough time. The fact that a branch manager questions first the legal status of a person, second that he was not going to assist anyone that came in mind you he was alone. This is baffling, and the level of disatisfaction is something I will not let go of, and everyone will be hearing about it. I should not have to worry about referring someone to regions, and then they are treated this way. Only citizens can open online accounts(fine your rules), but then when someone's comes in at 4.30 because they work till late and you refuse to assist them or even have empathy. Shame on you! I am pulling my account as soon as I can. I advise you all to do the same. God forbid we as humans try and help each other. The mentality of I am about to close I won't help you. Well, Regions, you lost customers.

After experiencing other banks I choose to stay at regions and at this specific location because of the amazing customer service given by Shakira. I have not seen any other banker as her. She is profesional, polite and always greeting with a smile. Thank you for making banking easier.

I recommend people not to open an account here. I open the account years ago with regions Hollywood branch I am in Lake City now still using regions and I called Robyn a lady that I opened an account several years back. I wanted to know how my mom could put money into my account if she wanted to. Robyn then gives me a spiel about how she cannot give out personal information yada yada yada very very rude person. Not willing to assist in any way. It's a shame I will be closing my Regions account. Promptly

Yes.. The previous month I decidedI am going to close my account but; “North park road” Region bank. This is a great service wow....They are everyone nice peoplesI remember the 1 rst times when I am visited on yang lady asked me for help her self... & she helped nicely, another yang mane, & Old lady.... ..Actually everyone is there staff very good person’s they are talking to people very nicely & Friendly, now I am happy because 2 months ago I am going to continue this bank for my banking services, sometimes different stuff but, they’re not deference service.“ service are wosam .....“ God bless them all’s”I am never going to another bankBut accept any difficulty’s.Thanks Region Bank costumer serviceNorth park road

I brought personal and business banking to this branch and bank. When I had a fraud issue on my debit card the bank didnt protect my interests and some of the management treated me with open antisemitism and my branch manager didnt even fight for me. I have filed a complaint with their federal regulator and will be notifying social media.
