My daughter has a foundation that helps low-income children and buys large quantities of clothes and toys. The cashier was very rude, the security guard saw when we were paying and wanted us to open all the bags to check. They don't train their employees with customer service.

If you want to buy WHAT THEY OFFER YOU (sales and limited stock) it is the ideal place, there is a little bit of everything...you have to look on the racks since everything is in size...I recommend...for people over 55 on Tuesdays 10% discount

This store is one of the worst ross stores ever. 1 cashier in the evening, and there are 20 people waiting in the line to pay for their merchandise. If you try to ask them to open another register, they are just ignoring you. Stay away from this store. So rude and careless employees.

I love Ross stores but this is the worst one I've seen. 40+people in line and one register open. Three people at the door only one seems to be checking receipts. There are other employees in the store as well. No one has been called to work a register!!! Customers are leaving at the sight. Terrible!
